Bad service, will not be back first picture is the inspo and second picture is what we got according to them it was because the length. If you are nail tech I believe you should be able to atleast let your client know hey I can not do what you desire. Or why even are you a nail tech if you can’t even do a proper french on any length of nails. The manger Cidny needs more management training or learing how to be in the customer service industry, she said she could not do anything not even a discount or atleast have someone else fix the nails . We went over to Jasmine nails and they did a phenomenal job from the customer service to the nails even gave us a discount for the mistake another nail place “snappy nails” did . Don’t even give this place a try go to Jasmine nails its only 3 miles away from here

I go here every couple of weeks and they all do a wonderful job on my nails. The prices are Fair and everybody is kind to me every time I come in!

Cindy and Terry did a great job! I’ve been looking for a new nail shop and I found it! Cindy is a great listener my nails look amazing I’m very satisfied and my toes look and feel great Terry was very patient and gentle! I’m very happy, thankful and grateful to finally found a shop that cares and knows how to do nails!

Stylist: I don’t know his name, but he’s the only one that’s a man. There is no hospitality. He didn’t ask me what services I wanted. He just sat down and started doing stuff. He didn’t cut my toenails down, shape it, or nothing. That’s what I get for rushing because I just relocated from South Carolina. These people got a 2.7 review rating. There is one lady who did my cousin. Her work is so much better her name is Lee. She was gentle but it’s not enough to make us come back. Also there was this polite gentlemen who came in to get a potential manicure and the owner I’m assuming (in the wheel chair with the Botox). She was so upset because he wanted to ask questions about the services. Her answers were rough and rude. Then when he left she talked junk about him BEFORE the door could close behind him. Either way, we’re not coming back!

Terrible service!!!! I broke an acrylic nail just 3 days after I got them. When I asked if the nail could be fixed for free they told me no & that I still had to pay. I am regular and won’t be coming anymore.

I love snappy nails! Everyone is so nice, very sweet and great quality ? the only thing I’d say is they go a few dollars up from the menu, and the wait between costumers is long. But other than that it’s great work. Everyone EVERYONE knows what to do ! ? ?

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worse experience of my life. Literally they gave me the completely opposite of what I asked. I asked for French tip with a gold line and they gave me a pink and white. It is not even nude. I’ve been crying since I got home. I was OVERCHARGED for some ugly nails and even tipped them $10. It says $41 for French tip and I paid $65 (because of design haha). I am more hurt about it nothing being nude. Save your money! TERRIBLE PLACE!

I like the way my nails came out however I came here a second time for a rebase which is supposed to be cheaper, supposed to be 25 to begin with. They charged me for a full set which is 65. It should have just got a whole new set.

The Main woman in the front told me NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO DO FENCH NAILS . I went in with my friend and he got his set done we were told both of us would get help. but then once he was done the young lady told me someone else would get mine done. 1 hour later the other lady who was supposedly going to do my set tells me she has an appointment and asked me if I could come back at 6:30 so then I show her my nail inspo and she said NONE OF THE STAFF KNOWS HOW TO DO FRENCH NAILS !!! Ridiculous, they were so rude and clearly did not want to help me

My sister was treating me to an ombre full set. I sat at an older Asian man's station and immediately he was irritated by me asking questions about pricing and cuticle care. He was so rough. He cut some of the skin when cutting my nail on my middle finger prepping to add the nail tips. I noticed that one of the tips were too small and didn't fit my nail it stopped literally on the nail bed. When I brought it to his attention, he began cutting them off, in which I asked if he was going to allow someone else to do my nails and he ignored me. I pull my hands away and ask again to which he tells me that I needed to leave. I grabbed a Lyft to CRYSTAL NAILS ON TOWER RD I was treated with respect! The nail tech removed the mess done at Snappy nails FOR FREE and did an amazing job. GO TO CRYSTAL NAILS ON TOWER RD YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Recommend my sister to the shop and The male technician was terrible with a bad attitude he want to only do the spot that needed filimg but not smoot the filler with the whole nail to make it even. Plus wanted to charge more than what the original price is. Made no sense she asked him about it and he just went off.

My manicurist here is amazing! She does my manicures and I leave soo happy every time! She takes her time and doesn't rush and her hand massages are amazing ? I love this place!
