Placed an order through Grubhub. I was supposed to receive two large tots, a large popcorn chicken, a cherry limeade, a breakfast burrito, and a foot long coney.My order came super cold, and the tots were a small order instead of large, the popcorn chicken I received was super rubbery and only came with 6 “nuggets”.My sub total was $27.02. Completely ripped off from this location.Stay far away from this sonic.Updated to add that I just unwrapped what was supposed to be a breakfast burrito. I received some sort of chicken wrap. Are the people that work this location taking illicit drugs? Or are they truly just that disrespectful?

Purchased a lemonade I cream slushy . The lemonade was extremely tart. In order to be considerate of the customers behind me in the drive through I immediately drove back through to the window to complain and exchange for a new drink. The manager said she would charge me for the new drink when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager, when I asked for the general manager she said she was it and then she claimed to be the owner. I drove off rather than debate poor customer service. I had stopped going there before now I remember why!

The food was expected no complaints there, this location is severely understaffed, we push the service button and we were never attended to, however we drove through the drive-thru and our visit was quick.

Just ordered from from Door Dash. A sprite is not a slush. I gave y'all a break cause this y'all favorite thing to do, come back, and it's still y'all favorite thing to do. This location sucks terribly. No matter what shift, y'all can never get an order right.

Triple check your food. Our meals were completely wrong after a long ordeal ordering. It was mostly right to begin with before the order taker went back to change things. It was all sorts of messed up, we got old crusty chicken strips, and got charged for fries but got none.

Great service they were out in no time at all. The food seems to be taking a turn for the worse though.. Not sure if it's Sonic in general or this location but they need to step it up.

The chicken strips were generic not the real chicken strips, fries cold although I asked for onion rings. Asked for honey mustard hot mustard packets what the hell. Just horrible service and food ! I will never return to this location! Should be ashamed to call this food. What happen to the toast that most sonic have with the meal?

Pulled up, picked out what I wanted to eat, hit the red button, screen said someone will be with you shortly. I waited about 10 minutes when I saw some other car pull up and hit the button and get served immediately. I start smashing the button and someone finally answers. I ask why it took so long and they said, "yeah, sometimes you need to hit it a couple times" that is not acceptable. There is no signs anywhere saying this is the case, just setting up all new customers to waste their time. I live a mile away, but I will never return here. Fix your machines, don't expect your customers to work around them. I was so mad I didn't even order any food.

The manager repeatedly tells the cashiers to overcharge us for the shake mix-ins. I order a shake plainly listed on the menu (peanut butter and Oreo), but they charge extra for the add-ins. Then, once I finally got the shake that I had to pay extra for, I can't even taste the added peanut butter sauce. I feel cheated by the management every time I come here.

This is by far the worst bacon cheeseburger I've ever had from Sonic. To start, I pulled into stall 11 and activated the red button. No one ever responded. Then a car pulls into stall 9 and activated the red button and is responded to within seconds. So I pull into the drive thru. Once I order, I pull up to the window and the lady calls me SIR. Uhm, NO. I'm a ma'am, I correct her and she just looks at me. Then when I'm given my order with NO RECEIPT, I take off to go to work and stop in front of my office only to realize the bread is BROWN bc it's burnt, the bacon is barely cooked, the lettuce is so wilted and thicker from the bottom part of the lettuce.... It was SO untasty I couldn't even finish it. AND I can't even call customer service bc the lady didn't give me a receipt!! Horrible horrible service. Thanks sonic.

The employees barely speak English. I wanted the Strawberry Float., the one from tv. She had no idea what I was talking about. I had to log into my Sonic account and read her the FULL title before she understood. When I get to the window, the lid wasn’t on securely and it spilled all over me and my car. This guy also doesn’t speak English and when I asked for napkins and a new drink he had no idea what was going on. I handed him back the half empty drink and tell him to bring me another one after I pull into a stall to clean up. He brings me another drink and some paper-towels, but not my change.
