Kaila, the Property Manager, has been absolutely outstanding and incredibly warm! While I was a big fan of the previous Greystar management team, shoutout Jaimie, Kaila has truly gone above and beyond.
She passionately advocates for her tenants, organizes fun and engaging events at the building, and genuinely takes the time to get to know everyone. It’s been a pleasure working with her and getting to know her!

You changed management without any notice. That's not proper business etiquette. I signed a lease just a few days before the change without any knowledge of the change of management which might have influenced my signing the new lease. As far I'm concerned this shady business practice and I consider that I l signed the lease under false pretenses.

This review is strictly for the touring process as a potential renter. Of all the apartments I toured, the staff at SOVA, particularly Elliott, was great. The communication from the beginning was the most informative and consistent (some properties just spammed me with promo emails, but Elliott sent detailed emails of the units I looked at and followed up to see if I had questions).

I had an amazing experience living at Sova. From the moment I moved in, the staff was always friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. The amenities were top-notch— gym was always clean and quiet, and the rooftop clubhouse and hot tub was a huge bonus, including a great view of Denver and the Rocky Mountains in the distance, and the maintenance team was always prompt and efficient.
The community was well-kept, quiet, and felt very safe, making it a great place to call home. Plus, the location was perfect— Uptown Denver is a perfect neighborhood with some great places for food and drink, and it's right on the edge of everything happening downtown . I cannot recommend Sova enough to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience!

Sova Apartments was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The community is very friendly, and the building is located in a safe area right in Downtown Denver. Everything you need is close by and easy to reach.

Led by the 'Dream Team,' it's the people of SOVA that made this living experience five stars after a bumpier start under previous management. Jaimie and Symone (and their new teammate is incredibly cool but forgot their name) are the best community management team I've experienced as a renter. They are kind, so smart, and attentive to all resident needs. I think most of my emails / questions were answered within minutes while they've been leading the way. They exude kindness and this is what renting should be about. The location was also perfectly nestled at the intersection of Cap Hill North and Uptown. I was two blocks from work for a 3.5-year period as a renter. Gym is great and they recently remodeled/updated the steam rooms to a hot sauna, perfect to relax in after a long day or workout. Loved the overall experience here, but much credit due to the team running the show.

Sova is a great place to live. Jamie has went out of her way to help us from our move in back in April to today. We have lived at several Greystar properties and as a manager she is by far the best we've ever delt with.

Now that we are all moved out just wanted to repost a honest review. The property itself is terrible yes it may look great but 9/10 most amenities are broken throughout the year and staffs excuse to not fixing stuff is “your not paying for amenities.” Water is boiling hot because they don’t adjust water heaters and if the garage is broken you bet there will be homeless breaking into vehicles. Staff is friendly but they dont care about the building they are there to get cheaper rent and sell apartments.

Someone attempted to steal my vehicle from the parking garage twice since moving in and the apartment staff seemed apathetic to it happening which is beyond frustrating.

We didn’t have an appointment booked, but were able to walk-in and be shown around by the sweetest woman, Petra! She was very informative and knowledgeable about the property, and made sure she was showing us all of our best options. She took her time in getting to know my partner and I to make sure the experience was comfortable. SOVA is a beautiful community with some of the best prices I’ve seen in Denver, especially for the product. Tour with Petra! :)
