This place has very bad communication with the staff that makes the deliveries, in my case I arrived to deliver and they told me to return in an hour, I returned and stood at the door, an hour and a half later I returned to ask why they did not unload me and José He told me that that was not my problem that it was just the delivery guy, the irony of the case is that the delivery guy is the owner of the company that made the delivery. After they were not doing their job at that time, they lack respect for those who supply the merchandise.

The shipping/receiving is terrible at communicating with broker. Docking isn’t easy either. Avoid.

I am SO pleased with Gary’s service at Specialty Appliance! He diligently worked with me to resolve the issues I was having with my new dryer. He was finally able to get a new replacement after having tried to repair it four times. He listened to my issues and showed genuine concern throughout the process.

Gary Cook with Specialty Appliance is by far the best customer service manager in town! He does a great job in communicating with you throughout your entire experience, and his caring demeanor added to our wonderful experience. One of the appliances (whirlpool washer) we purchased from their Greenwood Village store in the summer of 2020, has had several repairs for different types of problems, and though we had an extended warranty, we had given up any hope in continuing to fix it after multiple service calls to the point of just getting rid of it.We decided to call for the last time, and I was referred to speak with Gary who went above and beyond to make sure our problem would be resolved by replacing our washer with a new machine, which Specialty Appliance delivered and installed last week. Even the delivery and installation process was very professional.Gary has such an amazing passion for doing his work, as he has shown by helping us that it is translated to excellence in his job!! Well done Specialty Appliance for employing such a remarkable staff member. It was truly a pleasure to deal with Gary, and would definitely return when it is time to buy another appliance. Highly recommend them!

I received a damaged dishwasher door and Yocelin was very quick to order a new one for us. The replacement came within two weeks and she kept in contact with me to schedule the person to come and swap out the doors. The process was very quick and easy and Yocelin was great to work with.
