I would like to give this entire establishment a 0 stars but unfortunately google doesn’t allow it. The employees are incompetent and when they don’t have what you want they’ll try to push some cheap garbage on you to make a few bucks. Seriously an untrained autistic monkey could have provided me with better service than those idiots at the 16th street mall location. I pray no one ever has to suffer through interacting with such stupid idiotic employees.

PROS: this is a very nice APPAREL shop for fans. Located in a nice area this place is tan by friendly employees who ask if you need help. They have a nice selection of merchandise and prices are correct CONS: the parking is an issue since there's no such thing around that area and they also don't have autographs which would really pull a memorabilia place together OVERALL: if you're walking the street and don't care about autographs this is the place to go. They have all kinds of apparel for you to choose

The staff were polite and super helpful. They have a nice variety of professional sports team items, but a small section of collegiate so be sure to ask for assistance finding what you need.

I shop here frequently for the latest sports gear. My Favorite team being the Dallas Cowboys. I would like to point out the gentleman the store manager He is very professional. He makes a point to reach out to each guest no matter where they from. His actions reflects is business and professional interact with his guests. I work in the retail and business sector. This Place has amazing employees who ensure you have the best shopping experience. I observed the Guest services Manager explaining leadership and the importance of taking care of the guests. Thanks for having such amazing employees.This business has alot of true Sports Fan Collectables , Shirts, latest hats, and Many new and current Jerseys.
