I'm not sure why but literally anytime I go into this store they pretty much go out their way to not help me or help everyone first unless it's completely empty. If I was in the store first, should I not be helped before people that walked in after me? Never going back to this one lesson learned. It's usually the same crew with that taller guy with the half bald hair style. Not really sure what the issue is, never had the problem with any of the girls working there.

Christian took very good care with me; he is extremely knowledgable w/ phones and tablets. But the greatest things about him is that he is super kind, whereas l have absolutely no knowledge of the technology! Ask for Christian... he' s the BEST!

Re: T-Mobile Internet. Listen, if you ignore or dismiss every review that I have ever written be it on Google reviews or Yelp, please do not disregard this review of T-Mobile's Internet modem and service.Think of all the electronics that you have ever used and the annoying even unresolved issues that you have had with them. In my life, nothing has ever compared with the issues that I have had with T-Mobile's Internet. Their promises of superior service for $40 for life is a come on. The service never works for more than a few hours a day. One constantly gets kicked off despite the bars displaying, "Your connection is very good." During those rare times when it does appear to be connected, it is agonizingly slow! I have a friend who lives several miles away who has the same issues. And gets the same run around with T-Mobile's tech support.I originally had CenturyLink and it was okay but upgraded to Xfinity to get faster speeds. I had zero issues with Xfinity but it was costing nearly $64/mo.I have T-Mobile wireless service so they offered me this modem and Internet service for $40/mo. They assured me that it would compete with Xfinity on speeds and reliability. They lied. I have called them 6 times with connectivity issues in the past 5 weeks! They even sent me a replacement modem because they were certain that the original one they sent was defective. The issues are the same.Whether the issues are with the modem or their cell towers or T-Mobile's tech department, it is a beat. Please don't fall for their false promises like I did.

My husband and I needed new phones and transferred our service from another carrier. We were not looking forward to this process but Simone at this location made it all VERY easy for us!! This may be the best customer service we've received from any company or person in a long time. Thank you, happy customers!

I had a problem with my phone freezing and being unresponsive. Christian was able to explain and get my phone back so that I wouldn't have buy another phone or leave t-mobile. Thanks to him being patient with an old senior like myself I'm grateful for all your help. Keep up the good work ?

I went yesterday to change cell phone service and had the best experience. Not only have I had full bars since switching from AT&T but the customer service was amazing. They were so helpful, and answered all of my questions and explained everything so well. Bri was amazing, she helped me find the perfect plan, the perfect phone and went out of her way to help me save and ensure I was getting everything I wanted and needed. I would highly recommend.
