I may misspell names- SORSHA, NATALIE AND CHRISSY are the best people to represent and greet you at Starbucks Riverpoint. They are always so cheerful and welcoming each and every morning. SORSHA amazingly figured out the perfect concoction for my coffee cravings, which I hadn’t figured out and no one could make correctly in the last five years. I am so thankful for her effort and care into taking what she knows, what I order and helping me finally order the perfect drink for me!

Today was my day off went out of town and went by Starbucks around 10 AM. and got me a green tea and some other snacks. Sasha was amazing. My order wasn’t ready and I loved her outgoing charisma while I was waiting for my food. She was very beautiful and cheering. I felt very welcome and I’m sure many customers felt the same way I did this morning. Thank you Sasha ❤️?

Absolutely the best staff! They work SO hard and SO fast! They go above and beyond for every customer that walks into their store! they have beautiful smiles and such kind hearts! I can’t say enough about this store! I will always come back! They greet me every single morning no matter what! I am overjoyed with the staff here!

This location is the worst. Every time I come here I instantly regret it. Every other store sits your drink out if it’s a mobile order. The point of mobile orders is to grab and go. This location makes you wait 8 minutes before being acknowledge to ask for your mobile order. Making me late back to work on my break. Thanks to the girl at the DRIVE THRU who acknowledged me because the two other girls at the front counter just stared at me. I’ll continue at my regular location on Sheridan.

Former partner (from a different district) here to say that the customer experience at this store is very good. They're impressively quick, so much so that even if there's a 7 car stack in the drive-thru I really debate whether or not I should park and walk in to pick up my mobile order, because usually by the time I get myself all parked and combobulated, get my order, and get back in my car, the car that was at the end of the drive-thru when I arrived is leaving the window. I know what kind of corners tend to get cut but they never do at this store, in my experience. (And that's NOT because they know I know; I'm pretty sure they don't.) Every now and then my drink is made incorrectly (too few shots or signature instead of blonde), which is kind of annoying because I'm generally a drive-through customer and in the interest of time I can't come back and have it remade, but no matter what it's always made well, and the quality compensates for (rare) mistakes. AND they remake it without making me feel like a massive inconvenience for asking, which is awesome. (Really hated seeing people ask so nervously to have their drink made correctly when I was working for the Siren. Like, y'all this is expensive. If it's not right you deserve for it to be corrected. This store actually acts according to that which is unfortunately getting more and more rare.)Anyway, I don't particularly care for the company's business model. The people here definitely deserve to be treated better by the corporation as a whole. I'm coming back not because I like the company but because I like the staff at this store. A smarter me would just buy an espresso machine and DIY, it would pay for itself in about 2 weeks. I prefer to be silly and see the warm faces here everyday.
