If you're looking for a spot that has all the great amenities and close to everything, this is the hotel for you.The people that work at the hotel are very nice and quick on their feet. The view is impeccable. I got the mountain view, which I prefer since I live in Minnesota. But for those of you who want to look at the city, that view is awesome too (I overheard). They have a nice pool, great hot tub with awesome jets, a really nice workout room, a laundry facility, and an awesome breakfast. They serve chicken sausage and vegan sausage for breakfast which is super cool! They have a nice patio in the back, so those who like to smoke and need a place to step out near a fireplace under a discreet gazebo, enjoy! They have a happy hour Monday through Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and provide complimentary beer, wine and appetizers. We were just 4 blocks away from the selfie museum (a blast) and a nice 8 block walk to puttshack from there (super fun). You're just two blocks away from many bars and shopping (Go to Sole Shoe store). If your adventurous, the downtown area is covered with lime scooters everywhere that you can take to Miriams for great coffee and a delicious French breakfast then head across the street to the big beautiful park and zoo!I highly recommend!Rooms: I really liked my room. It was really small but super cute. Quaint if you will. It had everything I needed plus more! I got a dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge, drawers filled with silverware and cabinets filled with all the things I needed including glasses, mugs, plates and bowls. They even provided coffee, tea, pepper, salt, sugar, creamer, coffee, tea..Crazy!Nearby activities: Selfie museum, shopping, put shack, the best zoo I've ever been to, and many, many bars!Safety: This is a very safe hotel. You have to use your card to get into the building, and you must use your card to go up or down the elevator. At first I found this annoying but it makes sense, considering you are in a downtown area.Walkability: Everything and anything you can think about, it's within six blocks away from this hotel.Food & drinks: The breakfast is awesome. They have vegan options including vegan sausage. Monday through Wednesday they provide complimentary happy hour with beer, wine and appetizers.

We had such a great stay! Taysha greeted us (including our four young children) with kindness and humor, and everything after was great. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the pool was a big hit. Location is also great. The only complaint was the noise, and only because it seemed like the walls were thin. Guests weren’t loud- we could just hear conversations and doors. We’ll definitely stay again- and bring a sound machine.

Check in & check out was very quick & easy. Our room was very well appointed with a full size fridge & kitchenette area. Nice small couch & desk area. Everything was very clean. What was offered at the breakfast buffet was great. The scrambled eggs were a bit overcooked, but everything else was wonderful. The cost of self parking was reasonable & very close by. I would stay here again.

Always a pleasant place to staySafety: Very secure. If you're not a guest you must be let in by one of the hotel staff, who knows each guest by faceWalkability: Right in the heart of downtown. Don't need a vehicle because you can walk to almost anywhere you need

I've stayed here twice for Geo Week conference and have had good experiences. The location is a little tricky to get to with Google Maps and the angling of nearby streets threw me off. I had to pull a few U-turns to get here. This hotel is one of the more affordable locations in the area that is close enough to the Convention Center that it is walkable. Wi-Fi stayed stable, friendly front desk, free breakfast, decent gym and clean rooms. The rooms are a little smaller than a non downtown Staybridge which wasn't an issue for me. Laundry was free and I really liked the secure elevator and front door which you need a key card to head up to your room. I called in my reservation to negotiate a rate I saw days ago, offered my rewards number and was given military discount since my veteran boyfriend was staying in the room with me. Thank you for doing this! When I was visited 2-3 weeks ago, I had issues with the hot tub. The hot tub seemed clean but I noticed I started getting excessively itchy and hives all over. They looked like mosquito bites. I took a shower right after and my hives went down. The hot tub more than likely needs to be shocked and deep cleaned again due to bacteria. My room also had a lot of noise which kept me up the entire night. I got the "mountain view" which faces a major street - Colfax. I don't recommend this side unless you are a heavy sleeper.Parking is a little tricky at this location. I've never used Staybridge's parking setup they have but I use the surface lot at Tremont which DOES NOT have in and out privileges however it's like $17/day vs the $55 but with in/out privileges. I'll then either walk to or use the bus to get to where I need to in Denver. This hotel isn't bad for the price but could improve in some areas.Rooms: Smaller than most rooms and it's smaller than most Staybridge hotel rooms. "Mountain View" rooms overlook a major street (Colfax) with a lot of traffic which generates a lot of noise. I was on the 6th floor and noise still kept me up.Nearby activities: Colorado Convention Center is a 7 min walk away.Safety: Entry into hotel requires key cards and after certain hours, the front door is a secured door. You need your room key to use the elevator.Walkability: Nearby stores, nearby bus stop, lots of businesses within walking distanceFood & drinks: Free hotel breakfast

A Rollercoaster Stay at Staybridge Suites: Steven Saves the Day!My recent experience was akin to a thrilling rollercoaster ride, complete with unexpected twists and turns. Despite encountering a few bumps along the way, one shining star emerged to save the day – none other than Steven, the unsung hero of Staybridge Suites.Let's start with the initial hurdles. Upon check-in, I was greeted with an unwelcome surprise – an overcharge that left my wallet feeling significantly lighter. Additionally, navigating the parking situation felt like solving a complex puzzle, with confusion reigning supreme. However, these were mere warm-up challenges compared to what lay ahead. As night fell, chaos descended upon the hotel like a storm. The elevators decided to take an impromptu break, leaving guests stranded and puzzled. To add to the mayhem, access to the stairs was mysteriously blocked, resembling a scene straight out of a suspense thriller. Just when it seemed like the night couldn't get any wilder, the cacophony of rowdy neighbors above threatened to shatter the peace, their voices echoing through the walls.Enter Steven – the beacon of hope in the midst of chaos. With unwavering determination, he tackled each obstacle head-on, emerging victorious at every turn. Not only did he swiftly rectify the billing error, but he also worked his magic to secure a parking spot amidst the chaos. When faced with a lobby full of bewildered guests awaiting the elusive elevator, Steven sprang into action, ensuring everyone found their way, even if it meant trekking up the stairs.Despite the rollercoaster of events, one thing remained constant – Steven's unwavering dedication to ensuring a memorable stay for each guest. His tireless efforts transformed what could have been a disastrous experience into a tale of triumph and resilience. So, if you're seeking an unforgettable adventure filled with unexpected twists and turns, look no further than Staybridge Suites – just make sure its on Stevens shift

Amazing staff and was so welcoming for my family. We had a short stay as we were traveling from mountains back to Denver for our early flight. The gentleman working the evening was so attentive and helped plan best places to eat and prepped for a breakfast to go since we were leaving before breakfast. The sweet lady working the am smiled greeted us and helped kids and I to a nice exit out. Customer service here is top notch, rooms and all facilities are super clean and and location is great with lots of choices to eat and visit around.Rooms: Spacious rooms with kitchen capabilities which make great for families and separate eating area. View of the mountains and watching the sunrise was great.Walkability: Lots of nearby restaurants, museums and other attractions.

The hotel has a “deal” with a neighboring paid parking company, which represents the only available in/out accessible guest parking outside of metered on-street parking options. This “deal” costs $32/night for guests, but doesn’t guarantee that the paid parking company will even have spaces available in the lot (the public lot is open to all, not only guests). After searching for an open spot, the staff was willing to remove the charge since there were no available spaces on our first night, which was greatly appreciated. It would be a much more honest representation of services offered if the hotel’s website specified that *limited* or *third-party* parking is available on a *first come first-served basis*, rather than “parking is available for a fee”. Clear and honest communications makes for happier guests in general! We also have an ongoing noise disturbance from a neighboring room hosting a party of sorts at 3-4am, and will have to see if the email sent to the guest relations team bears any result. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and staff is friendly and accommodating thus far.Noteworthy details: Be aware of this property’s parking policy prior to selecting dates of stay. Holidays and/or weekends may leave you hunting for a parking space blocks away from the hotel location, even with the purchase of a parking pass through the hotel. This is NOT a very quiet or family friendly location based upon our experience thus far.

Curtain was broken in our suite, hot water was intermittent, parking is a disaster, staff doesn't communicate or know what the heck is going on, & then double charged my girlfriend and I. Will never be back and would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience of being $200 short for the rest of this week now.Edit: In response to the double charging, the hotel told me that it happened because we switched cards at the end but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to actually charge authorization holds. Now we got an $80 ticket in the mail for parking even though it is paid an extra $10 ($25 total) for a parking pass through the hotel that looked like a business card to put on our dash. We were given an email to contact for them to take care of it and now they are refusing. This hotel will milk you for every cent they can get. They are liars. I now have intent of taking this hotel to court. This hotel could not be any worse.
