I helped a friend move some stuff from her storage unit here and Lee and Tyler were SO kind and helpful. The place is super clean, well-lit, and secure. If I could give more than 5 stars to StorQuest on Washington St., I absolutely would. From the very first moment I walked into the facility, I knew I was in the right place to handle my storage needs. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-lit, secure, and easy to access—but the real difference maker here is the team. Specifically, Lee was absolutely amazing and turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth, even enjoyable experience.
I had been shopping around for storage units at several places in Denver, and most of them felt either impersonal, overly pushy, or just didn’t give me the confidence that my belongings would be safe. The second I met Lee, all of that worry went out the window. He took the time to listen carefully to what I needed—size requirements, budget, access hours—and didn’t just push me into the most expensive option. Instead, he explained everything thoroughly, laid out the choices, and even offered practical advice about how to maximize the space in the unit I chose. That level of honesty and care is rare in customer service today, and it really stood out.
Lee’s professionalism is matched only by his genuine kindness. He treated me like more than just another customer coming through the door. He walked me through the security setup step-by-step so I felt completely comfortable, double-checked that the gate codes and locks worked properly, and even gave me tips on how to keep things safe from temperature changes. He made sure I was set up for success from day one. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about making people feel supported and confident.
On top of the personal service, the facility itself deserves recognition. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which says a lot about how seriously they take security and customer care. The hallways and units are well lit, there are cameras everywhere, and access is straightforward without being complicated. Loading and unloading was simple, and the wide driveways made moving larger items much easier than I expected.
I also want to point out how stress-free the entire process was compared to other places I’ve dealt with. Paperwork was simple, pricing was transparent (no hidden surprises), and the hours of access are extremely convenient. It felt like StorQuest really designed their setup with the customer in mind.
At the end of the day, storage is storage—you’re renting space. But what makes this StorQuest location so special is the way the people running it treat you. And Lee, in particular, was the perfect example of that. He went above and beyond in every way, and I honestly left feeling grateful instead of drained, which is the complete opposite of what I expected when I started my search.
