James the manager and his new assistant Yolanda are Awesome and go above and beyond when it comes to making costumers feel at home and welcomed and knowing your belongings are in good trustworthy hands. James does have some pretty tough rules and inforces them that's why the place is so safe and in a well maintained condition, that's why he is always getting so many compliments on how clean the place is. Not to mention, I am going through a hard time right now and might have to stay the night outside for a couple of nights in this horrible weather he offered me his thick winter sweater! Talk about literally giving his shirt off his back what a great guy! Definitely a place to recommend and stay! Thanks James!!

When we go to storage it’s either nice and cool in the summer or warm in the winter. I hated going to the outdoor storage place cuz it’s cold in the winter and way too hot in the summer. This place has music that makes my grandma sing and makes her happy. It’s always clean and doesn’t smell bad ever. The restrooms are so clean every single time. The 2 people that work here are nice and they aren’t so serious that you wouldn’t want to talk to them. The joke with you and laugh. It’s always a positive experience when I go help my mom, my grandma, or my cousins. They all rent here and I see why. This location is way better than the other one on colfax too, there is a huuuuuge difference!

If you need storage off Santa Fe, this is the spot. The space is new and immaculate. James the manager keeps everything spotless and goes above and beyond for the location. Super friendly, great music playing throughout the unit, and easy to sign up and cancel.
…honestly I was surprised I was lowkey sad to cancel the contract. How many storage units could you say about?

I’ve had a great experience at this storage facility. Every time I stop by, the place is clean, organized, and feels safe. You can tell the staff really takes pride in keeping the property in top shape.
James, the manager, is always professional and easy to work with. He explains things clearly, answers questions without rushing you, and makes the whole process straightforward.
I also want to highlight Yolanda—she’s consistently friendly and does an amazing job keeping the grounds spotless. She’s usually the first person I see when I’m there, and she always makes sure everything looks good and that the area feels secure. It’s rare to find a facility where the team actually cares, but this one definitely does.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail here. If you’re looking for a storage place that’s clean, safe, and well-managed, this is a great spot.

Super clean facility and awesome people that work at the office. They make sure it’s safe on inside. I’d definitely come back next time my house is full of crap and need some storage somewhere! lol

James is a great manager. Super clean, carts are always available and working, and a huge loading/unloading area inside the gate. I’ll definitely come back when I need storage again.

Renting a storage unit can feel like a hassle and an unwanted expense, but the team at the StorQuest storage at 5th and Kalamath make it a totally hassle-free and easy experience. The manager and his team happily go above and beyond and are proud of the facility, its cleanliness and security, and providing excellent customer service. If you need a storage unit in a safe, accessible location, I highly recommend this location.

Yolanda and James are the best!!!! Made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped into the office and everyday since! James also recommended one of his friends as a moving company to help me move some of the bigger items and that has been such a relief. Moving is tough and finding people to trust with taking care of your things can be tougher! James and Yolanda made the process seamless, got me a great deal and made the experience enjoyable, which is hard to do since moving BLOWS! I would recommend this StorQuest on Kalamath to anyone looking for a unit. Very grateful I ended up here!!! :-)

I rented a storage unit at StorQuest Kalamath/Denver, expecting a secure facility. Instead, my experience has been a nightmare.
My unit was burglarized, and several of my belongings were stolen. The police classified it as burglary, not simple theft — yet the facility and their insurance company are refusing to take responsibility. The most disturbing part is that the manager admitted, in front of a police officer, to using my key to enter my unit without permission to move and photograph my belongings after the break-in.
There are major gaps in StorQuest’s security — including structural flaws that may have allowed access between units — and the facility has provided poor-quality video footage that doesn’t even show how the thief got in. The neighboring tenant, who was later evicted for sleeping in their unit, was never properly removed from the property.
This situation has caused me thousands of dollars in losses and weeks of stress. StorQuest’s corporate office has ignored my requests for answers, evidence, and reimbursement.
If you value your belongings, do not trust this facility. Demand clear policies about who can access your unit and how security footage is handled — or look elsewhere.

This StoreQuest Storage facility is wonderful. James and Yolanda are well organized, helpful and caring. The facility is very clean, well lit and secure. James was very generous with his time and spent over one hour helping me rent my unit. He gave me several excellent useful suggestions.This is the best storage facility I have used and highly recommend it.

Terrible service from the manager. Demanded I empty my storage unit by the manger for leaving a bad review. I emptied my storage unit and was yelled again by the GM. Totally unprofessional. I have been a customer since they opened. Terrible service
