NOT SECURE. Your stuff will get stolen and then when you try to get any money from the insurance company they will deny you because you can’t prove anybody stole anything. Why? Because there is enough space above every unit for a person to hop over the door. Thief’s don’t have to drill your lock. The only cameras are on the elevators. Nothing on the stairwells or on the units. The code boxes on the elevators don’t work. I watched people stick a rod in between the front door to activate the sensor on the other side to open it. I was there for 8 years and had 8 units. 4 of them were broken into this past year. I witnessed other peoples units get broken into multiple times this year alone. Their only remedy is to charge more money to have a sensor put in your unit to alert you of movement inside. If you want it then you can’t fill half of your unit though because the sensor won’t work. I even had stuff stolen out of my trailer while it was parked in front of the building! My final straw was dealing with the last manager they hired- Natalie. I got along great with the last 4 managers- but Natalie was only nasty to me. Never a single nice thing came out of her mouth. I had more units in this facility than anybody else and I was there for years but was treated like dirt by Natalie. Someone needs to explain the words, “customer service,” to her. I really am shocked management hasn’t gotten annoyed by her already and fired her.

Signed up on a 2 month discount, you have to stop in and sign rental agreement. The ladies were quite nice. There is a proprietary lock fee of $19… so far so good a few weeks into rental

Great storage facility, very clean! Management and staff made getting everything set up, incredibly streamlined and easy. Natalie and Crystal went above and beyond and it clearly shows in their customer service and professionalism.

Natalie is amazing, she is very knowledgeable, patient and made the sign up process simple! I signed up and didn't know I had the move in date wrong but Natalie saved the day, granting us early access to a unit right before a snow storm. Units are well kept and maintained, very responsive customer service with a well secured location

I’ve been using Secure Space self-storage for 2 or 3 years and am very pleased overall with this facility and staff. I have seen some bad reviews recently, and I am not sure that they give a fair representation of Secure Space Self Storage as a business or the Denver Park Hill location. This area of Denver has its share of social issues that are difficult to ignore and make it hard to run a business at times. How a business addresses problems as they come up is just as good an indicator of the quality of that business and the people who work there. I think Secure Space has done an excellent job of working through some difficult problems while still maintaining an excellent storage facility with professional and friendly customer service. Thank you, Max, and the two women who work at this location (sorry, I don’t know your names). I see how hard you both work, and it is greatly appreciated.
