I used to love this place but lately I have never bin treated with such unprofessionalism and disrespect from a place of business before I have had multiple employees get annoyed with my question about the product that is sold here and was treated as if my business was not valued at all here and when I tried to address my issue with the manager on duty I was told my issue don't matter she rolled her eyes with attitude as if she was annoyed and i was told( I can always shop somewhere else). This was told to me by the manager named Katelyn a very unprofessional employee and should NOT be a member of management with the lack of professionalism she showed very disappointed in the customer service of the staff definitely lost my business here for good I will shop somewhere else

Came in for a couple pre rolls. Got what I was after. Prices are decent, as are the quality of the pre rolls. Great nugs and edibles as well. Great service at the counter. Always satisfied here. Stop in and give them a try.

This location is awesome ! Everytime i come in everyone is so personable and professional just an overall pleasant experience every time, Dustin and Kevin always hooking me up when they can letting know when my points are to the point when i can get discounts and rewards. Great location! 5⭐️’s

First time there! A nice store with nice flower! Besides that a wonderful staff! I was having a tough day they went above and beyond their customer service as wel as their super quality flower at great prices!

(rec) Used to go for the silver shelf strains or whatever they had in special because they were that good, but then even gold and platinum buds were coming badly trimmed and hard as rock. I kept going hoping to find the good ol buds I once got, but I haven't found them again. I cashed out my points on 420, which is a nice service to come back for, but sadly I'm not willing to pay high prices for low quality flower and this has definitely made me look for alternatives. Customer service is nice and willing to help if they know the product.

I'm an OG Cannabis enthusiast that's 60 yrs old, so I've been around the block a few times. Strawberry Hills is a really awesome dispensary that has a huge selection of varying strengths and quality of cannabis flower and concentrates. Great for delivery and their prices can't be beat or often even matched. Once I found them I stopped going anywhere else!

My friend a recreational patient told me to try Strawberry Fields however I'm a medical patient. I go to the website and see that they have 8 dollar grams of concentrates. (Does not specify rec or med) I get there and the concentrates are 10 a gram. Not to mention one jar of dabs shown to me was empty employee was shocked .( I should have left and went where I was going to go ) the guy tried to help so I felt bad so purchased 3. Got home to try only to find out they taste like garbage. I called and spoke to a manager who said come to rec side and we'll get you better stuff. I asked them to email me so I could send pictures of receipt and pictures of product also asked them to try some from the facility so they can see what they are selling. Never received an email.
Overall not a good first impression. Will not be returning.
