I had placed a order online, the transaction went through, my card was charged. Arrived to Subway, the manager stated oh sorry we don't have your order, there's nothing we can do about it. Lost out on the money, manager wasn't helpful at all.

Did an online order through grubhub for pickup, got to the store after the app informed me that it was ready. I get there and it wasn't ready. I stated, that's why I ordered online so it would be ready. The manager literally stated back to me in a rude manner, you're not the only one who is busy! This is at 10:00 am and no one is in line!! I will no longer be purchasing anything at this store. ?

I worked around the corner and I was always swamped with work. Eventually, I would take a few minutes to run to the corner and grab a sandwich. Not one time, not ONE time, was I ever forced to go somewhere else, or huff and puff and check my watch obsessively. I walked in the door, they greeted me, they made my sandwich within 1 minute of my arrival, and I was back out the door within 6-10 min tops. Plus, they are fun and easy going employees and I appreciate that.I say four stars in atmosphere only due to the location, which can be a little nutty at times. You’ll have the occasional transient causing a problem or screaming out front of the store on the streets, but that’s life. Plus, I saw an employee handle that right away one time. Walked outside, asked them to move up the street and away from the door, and kept it low key. The guy did as asked and that was that. No big deal.Store was clean and I’m sorry I’m not there as often but it is only because I don’t work downtown any longer.

Bad experience at the Subway on 14th and Delaware manager of store. Betty rude, very unprofessional unsanitary material. Her hair in my food. Could not stand up to admit she was wrong. After finding the hair in my food would not. Give me a refund called owner of store. He was just as bad or worse than the manager. No wonder she's like she is. Would not recommend to eat there at all.

Two people working and I got the rude one doesn't want to work or greet you when you're standing there. Just a blank stare your way without saying anything is how things are done these days I guess. 11:10 9-25-2023. Bare bones inside must be a homeless haven or something, they've given up completely. Sorry Large Marge, get a different job.

Placed online order. Someone else walked out with it. First words out of their mouth was I'm not remaking it. If you can't support online orders, don't offer it. Went to another location where they understand and keep the orders behind the counter.
