Sadly, some of the mail carriers are INCOMPETENT!!! I called this morning and spoke to the manager, she was nice, and she understood what I was asking, but clearly the mail delivery person for Copperstone Condos on October 7th, did the minimum. They put the package mailbox key in my condo mailbox for me to open the package mailbox, but my package was not there, that means the mail carrier did not check to see if was there initially, they assumed it was there. I still do not have my package. Very frustrating. And this was a $75 order that I found cannot be refunded or replaced. Moving forward, I will need to find a UPS store to deliver my packages. I would rather pay an extra $5 for this service versus losing $75 of product which is what happened today. Supposedly, I have a neighbor that received my package and kept it. My package was delivered yesterday and someone else intercepted it.

I stopped by the post office just to check my old mail, but the experience was frustrating. Even though I was first in line, one kiosk suddenly closed when my turn came, and the remaining two were extremely slow—like a slow cooker! I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes while a crowd built up behind me. I’m not sure what was going on, but the service at the counter was seriously delayed. Something needs to be improved.

Who do I trust to deliver my packages to the correct mailbox? I've been screwed over by UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON, and now USPS!! I went to retrieve my delivery from the parcel locker on the morning of 01/08/25, and the locker key was nowhere to be found!! Checked in with the leasing office, and they told me they "don't accept packages". So I immediately assumed that the USPS worker put the locker key into the wrong mailbox! I filed a missing package claim with USPS and they told me they could not located the package. I've been denied a refund claim from all three parties (USPS, eBay, and eBay seller) even after providing email proof by USPS!!! I lost almost $300 because of lazy and incompetent USPS and it's absolutely infuriating!!

A GREAT post office with WONDERFUL staff like ASIA who always provide OUTSTANDING help! This post office, like all US post offices, is severely understaffed & underfunded because US Congress’ Republicans have deliberately underfunding the US Postal Service (USPS) for years their goal of privatizing all US post offices!!

Wonderful experience! Tiffany was able to help me intercept a package. I am flying out internationally today for a wedding and was able to pick up my package hours before my flight! I am so happy I could cry! This made a big difference! Thank you guys!

New management. Issues from the past are directly being addressed - very positive experience trying to get something resolved. Juan, the Supervisor, is taking a very hands on approach to taking care of customer issues. Great job.

One of THE WORST post offices that I have ever been too. Every time I come here no mater when, there is a line that goes all the way out the door with usually one slow employee at the front counter. One day I decided to wait in line which took about 45 mins to reach the front and when I get there, the employee bold faced and without any hesitation accused me of being a thief! Said I stole some packing material from the shelf while I was waiting. I called her out on her lie and offered to watch the security camera footage, She backed down but did not apologize. Next step is to file a complaint with the Postmaster, this will not stand!

I want to give them a zero but not possible my package was to big to fit in mailbox so it was redirected to the Sullivan postal office in jefferson ave spoke with lady clerk I can tell right away she was not wanting to help me at all gave her my information spent 2 minutes in the back came out and said they didn't have it went back to postal office 15 minutes later spoke with a different clerk she was amazing and willing to help she was a Latina lady I believe found my package right away the first clerk I spoke with was a Asian lady i immediately felt uncomfortable with her just the way she went on with her work I get it you have certain types to help and I didn't fit it but I was not trying to get to know you or nothing I just needed my package

The line for this place at all hours is out the door. The people working do not have a clue what they are doing. They have stopped delivering mail to our box because the box became full of mail while we were on vacation. Take notice of the line in the photo below. Everyone working here should be fired into oblivion.

This Post Office Is The Worst & Think That It Should Be Shut Down. This Location Is Illiterate & A Whole HeadAche x10 To Deal With. They Ruined All My Holiday Gift Deliveries As The Delivery Address Clearly State Aurora, CO 80247 On The Shipping Labels. But These People Are Soooo Dumb, They Are Constantly Returning All My Packages To Sender Because Apparently They Cannot Read.! If The Shipping Address Says Deliver To Aurora, CO 80247, Why Are Ya'll Constantly Attempting To Deliver To Denver, CO 80247. They Do Not Answer Phones, If I Could Rate Then Under 0 I Would Because They Sure No How To Ruin Surprises & Deliveries. The Contact Center Sucks Just As Bad As This Location. I WOULD NEVER USE USPS AGAIN...!

Dropped a package using the drive-thru boxes about a month ago. Was just told by the recipient that they never got it. Tried to get it resolved today by visiting this post office and one of the female ladies (Asian?) accused me of FRAUD!!! Refused to help me or answer any of my questions.
