I normally love the summit! This was my first time there not drinking alcohol, which was great. I didn’t care if others were. What really got me was the security, I witnessed several power trips not only against others but against myself.
A security guard kept coming past me, every time he would shove me a little. Cool. It’s a concert. Things are tight. At one point, it felt extremely intentional. He shoved me, the only woman around, with both hands on my shoulders. It was to the point I had to leave my partner and go outside because I felt really uncomfortable by this guard.
I honestly don’t think I’ll go to another concert at the summit. I’ve been going since 2019, and unfortunately it’s going down hill.
There’s just a lack of community and respect from a lot of the staff, I understand the job can be stressful, but don’t take it out on people seeing a show. I can certainly say I was in my best state of mind, and if I wasn’t I would’ve reacted to how this man treated me. I thought it was only an issue with drunk people, but it also seems to be an issue with sober people. Do better!!!

Just went to the R&B 10th anniversary on September 5th 2025, the advertisement of the event was completely false it was supposed to be R&B music from past to present, we had in mind music from bands like Cameo, s.o.s band the gap band etc. they played music I've never heard of, we were extremely disappointed. The doors didn't open on time And the music didn't start until after 9 PM the show was supposed to last until 1 AM we left before 11 PM.

The Venue manager acts real burned out, needs to Change careers, acts like a 1sr year minimum wage security guard with her guests, real peach to talk too.

The staff and security were all excellent! Caring for ill guests and being fair with rowdy fans. Stage security was even handing out water bottles during the show.
Love being able to bring in my own bottle and electrolytes in, water fill station was clutch, staying hydrated while dancing is already hard enough without limiting things like that. Didn't get too hot even in the center, they vented often.
Very exited to return!

I called 4 times throughout the day trying to get information on ticket sales for OG Nixon & Benda — no reply. We decided to spend our money elsewhere.

My sister and I have been here a few times for DJ nights. The consessions offer bottled waters, sodas, and Gatorades for sale, plus cheese or pepperoni pizza is available by the slice that is very yummy😋 They also have a bar with alcoholic drinks available, but I have never purchase one. A more intimate venue with pretty good sound quality. Bathrooms clean 8/10. Clear bags or tiny bags allowed in after your bag is checked by security on your way in. Security scattered throughout the venue makes me feel safe here. A fun venue overall, we will be back :)

Best venue for metal shows! Also theres a parking garage not too far away , which $10 isn't bad to be sure your car is safe and won't get towed.

This place is a blast. The fact there's a pizza place inside that's reasonably priced makes it nice not to have to be crazy hungry after a show. The stage is set in such a that there's no bad seat in the house.

Great music venue. Impossible to reach by phone for things the website doesn't address. Staff was confused how the meet and greet and ticketing worked. Almost got into a fight on the top balcony because they were not monitoring people without paid seats and became a free for all. They quickly addressed after talking to the staff but should of never taken place to begin with.
