Same with me reading the reviews I was a bit sceptic but honestly my room was just outdated but clean and also very quiet and nice reception. Not a fancy hotel but definitely worth its money and I would recommend it for a place to relax get some sleep and if you hungry chick filet is just outside the

We stayed there for 3 days Paid every night and we're told that we had to change rooms and we said ok. The room was a 1 floor Ada room that some one needed. Our next room was a 2 floor smoking ? room that wreaked so badly it gave me a migraine and couldn't sleep last night. To top it all off and not that we would have stayed in that rat trap another night but were told they would not extend our stay because of excessive luggage that could not be left in car because of poor/:no security. Front desk and management are some of the rats caught in trap

In town for a concert, stayed 2 nights. Based on other reviews I was anticipating something terrible, however, it really wasn't bad. Overall a decent, smooth experience for a budget hotel. Service was quick, polite, and professional. Rooms/building could use some updates but everything worked well. Room was decently cleaned, could probably stand for a periodic deep clean but I didn't see anything unacceptably dirty. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

The surrounding neighborhood wasn't exactly the safest place to be in Denver. It seems that they city us trying to improve it, but isn't quite there yet. The surrounding shopping centers were all very nice.As far as the Super 8 it was clean especially for how busy they were! Even with as many ppl that were staying there it was very quiet at night and the early morning. So either the building it's self is sound proof or the guests at that time were being polite! We had plenty of hot water for showers and plenty of towels! They have a very large area to take your dog out its grass and more the size of a dog park. Its all fenced in so if you fur babies needed to run they could without you haveing to go out on the busy street. There is a neighborhood a block or 2 behind the hotel if you really wanted to go walking. But with their dog area being as nice as it is you really wouldn't have to leave the hotel property. And you can walk you fur babies almost all the way to the dog area inside which is nice. Not having to deal with the cars and front desk area. We just went down the front hallway towards the back and out the door down the steps and around the corner. The hotel is wheelchair accessible as well. They also offer Complimentary Breakfast in the morning from 6am to 9am. And it had more then most others Pretty much they at least offered things that would tide someone on a special diet over till they could get out and about for the day. That and there were plenty of restaurants and a Walmart right across the way from the hotel! All in all it was a decent place to stay. The room prices were a little lower then some if the other hotels in that area! But for what we paid it had quite a bit to offer.Walkability: A lot of shopping and restaurants were within walking distance just the streets are very busy being so close to a major interstate hyw. So the traffic is unreal when your walking! If you have small children or pets I would suggest driving across the street! And the RTD passenger train station is also right there! Which is convenient if that's how your getting around the Denver metro area!

The room was disgusting. Pubic hair in the tub and allover the floor. Lamp shade covered in stains. Door between rooms doesn’t lock and the handle was broken. The place reeked of cigarette smoke!

Reading the reviews had me scared but it wasn't bad at all! Although dated and old, my room had been cleaned and set up before I got there. The AC, microwave and fridge worked. It was not the cleanest place I have stayed in but it was clean enough, with no cockroaches or bed bugs. All the staff including housekeeping were friendly and approachable. I did not see or hear any weird business going on inside. There is a lingering smell of cigarette and weed smoke in the hallways and just outside, but it did not bother me too much.Across the parking lot there is a building that used to be a hotel but has been converted in the last few years to a re-homing place for the people who are homeless. So there are a lot of sketchy looking people in and around the area. That did have me a bit apprehensive initially but in reality no one said anything to me.Proximity to restaurants, stores and train station is so great. I would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms are a little dated. They definitely need to be cleaned better and the TV didn't work. If you just need a place to rest your head, then this place will do fine for that. Breakfast was ok, they had waffles, juice, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cereal but no milk in sight for

Most disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. Made a reservation and requested our checkin time for 8 o’clock pm and got an email that verified that would be okay and when we got to the motel the guy said our reservation was canceled and if we wanted to book it again it would be double the first price. Him and his co worker literally laughed at us as me and my family walked out the door.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE of my life in this hotel. There are insects in the room. The toilet was making noise the whole night so I couldn’t sleep well and there was a strong noise from the second floor that’s didn’t let me sleep either. Plus They only put an extremely thin sheet and I was too cold all night. please don’t waste your money in this “hotel” that they don’t even provide the basic service. The breakfast super mediocre they don’t put practically nothing. And the lady from the front desk (Thursday morning - shift) has a terrible attitude, cero polite, and is evident she doesn’t have any experience in customer service and she didn’t have any intention for helping either. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY cause if you stay here (super 8 - center sucursal) your night is gonna become in the worst nightmare. You won’t be able to sleep. And “Terrible customer service”.

I stayed here for one night in Denver at this Super 8. There was one major reason why this stay stood out to me. I booked a hotel room through Hotels.com and the hotel did not receive my reservation. I had a confirmed reservation from Hotels.com, but the hotel didn't I thought I was all set to go but when I arrived here on a Thursday afternoon, ready to check in, they told me that I did not have a reservation by then I was in full panic mode and asked him again why was there not a reservation because I made a reservation already through Hotels.com. After searching again, the trucks inform me that there was no reservation and he advised me to call Hotels.com to sort everything out. I ended up going on the app and chatted with a Hotels.com person and eventually they talk to the hotel and they fixed it, and I was allowed a room with what I wanted, which was a room king size bed. This was the first time that happened to me and it was quite unnerving to hear that I did not have a reservation but I knew I had one. Truth be told that it was good that it was resolved within 20 minutes although I could have use that 20 minutes around The room while watching TV, that's another story. That said, I was here for one night at the end of September 2023. I booked this room at Hotels.com, because I have loyalty points there and they had a swimming pool. I did not use the swimming pool at this location because it was, not ready. Subway is known for its budget, friendly combinations and a nice branding that one and everyone can come to. Rates are normally between $79 and $129 per night depending on location. I found that this hotel was genuinely pretty good without that dramas had at check-in. Needless to say that, while I am still with Hotels.com loyalty program, I will not be staying at this hotel for a future stays, at least not for a while. The situation is annoying but it's the first time that I can remember happening with my hotel reservations. Super 8 is a good hotel brand but it happens to the best of us. The rest of the hotel experience was nice, and the room was pretty comfortable and clean while being esthetically pleasing and appealing. The bed was comfortable in itself and had a decent night sleep on a king sized bed. Everything was working in the room as it should be. The overall experience here at this Super 8 hotel in the Stapleton district of Denver, Colorado was decidedly different than what it should be, but after the check in drama, it was okay thereafter. This Super 8 is basically a no frills hotel with the basic amenities that gives you a comfortable, clean, and basic room to rest your head. There is no elevator but stairs to get access to the 2nd floor. It's almost like a refurbished apartment complex that made a transition into a small hotel. The common areas of the hotel including the lobby is clean. There's an outlet to charge your device while waiting for your Uber or friend to come get you. As far as breakfast goes, Super 8 has a continental breakfast, but doesn't have much. Basic cereal, bread, and juice / coffee. Really dislike these kind of set ups, but it is what it is. Maybe I should consider better hotel brands with hot breakfast that also includes cereal instead of just cereal. And so, Super 8 is decent enough to call home away from home. Prices are on the cheap end but you do get what you pay for. If you are in the area and looking for a cheaper place to rest your head for business or pleasure, consider this Super 8 in Denver, Colorado. Close to the airport. This Super 8 hotel is located in Denver, Colorado. They do not have an airport shuttle, which kind of sucks. It's physically located at 1234 Main Street in the Stapleton district of Denver. There is a Chik-fil-a restaurant across the street as well as a 7-Eleven convenience store in walking distance. Super 8 accepts major credit cards, like many in the industry. Many bookings occur online to third-party websites and directly to the hotel. As far as parking goes, there is limited, but plenty of parking for guests. If

The room was clean, if old. The common areas are not clean. The hotel has a $60 deposit. When you check out, they actually go check the room right then before returning the deposit. Do not expect a 2 minute check out if you need to catch a flight. I did appreciate that the housekeeper did not change my AC settings while I was gone. Some hotels will move the temperature back up and you come back to a warm room.

Wish I went elsewhere. Guy at the desk got mad at me for coming in and out too many times. I guess folks having things to do must have slipped these guys mind. I’m doing my part to abide the pet policy, keeping my dog from pottying in my room and not leaving him alone in there. I paid for a night, never have I been limited in the amount of times I can come and go. Staff was not friendly. Room was poorly cleaned, there is what I can only hope is bbq sauce all over a wall. Not that pet friendly, there’s not a good place to take your dog outside. There is a big fenced field that is hotel property but it’s locked with chains an padlocks. I understand this is a budget place but if you call yourself pet friendly even a small dog run goes a long way. Room is nice enough it just wasn’t clean.

If you have a pet, DO NOT STAY HERE. They DO NOT allow cats. It was such a hassle and waste of money staying here. I told them I needed a pet friendly room - charged me $20 extra for my pups. Fine. But I was put on a second floor no elevator. I asked for first floor and was told there weren’t any. But when you walk in all over the glass at the front desk there are papers plastered about how you cannot have cats, you cannot leave your pets unattended in the room you paid for. and they can call animal control at any time. How is that pet friendly? Having to lug two dogs down the stairs to get things from the car was so exhausting and inconvenient. I did not see an elevator. There are no grass patches for dogs to use the bathroom, basically had to walk around and hope they’d find a spot. Luckily I had my dogs at all times because there are people begging but thankfully didn’t approach me due to the size of my boxer.Mind you, the room I stayed in was dark, dingy and smelly for a non smoking room. Bathroom was tiny. I am 5’9 and felt very claustrophobic. By the time I packed my car all I could smell was the room I stayed in on my clothes, dogs and luggage.I understand budget- but 120 a night to feel uncomfortable, not being able to leave and have dinner, checking out and smelling like an ashtray?? NEVER AGAIN.

Worst service I've ever had in my life. They forced me to pay before I even got to look at the room. When I did look at the room it was disgusting. Unfortunately I had an appointment and had to wait a couple hours to confront management about the issues. When I did confront management about the cleanliness of the room, they assumed I was lying and had one of their workers go check the room. When the employee came back they said that I would not receive a refund and I could send a complaint through customer service. I continued to talk with the manager to see if I could get my money back because I didn't even stay in the room and he said no. I believe that this is unacceptable because I payed over $200 for a room I didn't stay in. It's the principle that matters for me. I paid for something that I did not even use and I feel that my money was stolen from me. I plan to pursue getting a full refund because it is the right thing to do. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! TERRIBLE MOTEL WITH TERRIBLE CLEANLINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
