I had just purchased a dress for a wedding that I wasn’t sure how to accessorize, so I came to Swarovski. Cesar immediately greeted me and asked questions to gauge both the color of the jewelry and the style that would fit the fit. He selected several options and I ended up finding the perfect matching necklace and earring set to go with the dress. He did the same for my mom and she was delighted. His coworker, Laura, even had a great restaurant recommendation that we ended up dining at afterwards. Thank you to both Cesar and Laura!

Swarovski has great gifts but this store had limited inventory. Took my kiddo in to see figurines and they had very few. Service was friendly.***Don't use drizly. Terrible customer service. See my review in the play store***

What can I say I love the store!!! From the minute you walk in ….your eyes just glisten with all the beautiful colors and glitter in the jewelry! it just shows class and style and I gotta have these!! Attitude!! Laura was so amazing she help me pick out a whole set and we mixed and matched everything, and I ended up picking out a beautiful group of jewelry!!! Laura is so amazing thank you so much for all your hard work

Laura has the worst customer service. Was making a return didn’t have my receipt, but was on my account with the store. Laura said she couldn’t make the return because the system didn’t have the type of payment I made. She said I had to go back to Park Meadows to make the return. I asked if she could call that store and she said no. I then call my son to take a picture of the receipt which then Laura asked me to email her. She said i can’t just show her the receipt on My phone. I will never go back to this store. Park Meadows store has the best customer service. Don’t go to this store. The worst customer service not friendly at all. Why spend money in a store like that.

Laura was extremely rude when I called in to inquire about my ring. My boyfriend bought me a size 6, but the store gave him a size 9. We tried to exchange it, but they didn't have any other size 6's in the country or online. I was talking to her about my situation and she cut me off every time I spoke and decided that I was being absolutely ridiculous for wanting a refund. He asked me to marry him with this ring so I wanted the same one. No problem if you guys don't make it anymore, but at least understand that you sold him a size 9 when the receipt said size 6. I asked her why she was being so awful to me and she kept repeating their policy like a robot. I have been extremely put off by Swarovski and we will never be buying from them again.

The customer service is really lacking here. It took them a while to acknowledge me on my first trip. I bought a few pieces and irritated my skin. I went to return with box and receipt within seven days of purchase (within policy) and they refused. The agent was very flustered and rude. She said I was missing a second box that came on the outer of the original box I bought and that she couldn’t resell without that. I explained the original agent opened the items and put them in a large square box but that was it. She said to come find that person or the GM. I asked when the original agent would be there and she said she didn’t know. I then asked about the GM and she said ‘a month.’ I asked if she knew what week or half of the month and she said no. She then followed my kid around the store (who was already accompanied by a respectful adult) and kept telling me she hopes I could afford to pay when she breaks the stuff because I’d be responsible. I would gladly do this should something happen, but there was no reason to indicate that would happen. It was as if she didn’t want children in the store at all because mine was not being crazy or anything. Not sure why this person was being so aggressive. I could hear her voice shaking and I was not raising my voice or speaking in any way that would be considered disrespectful. I asked if a box was forgotten to be put in the large takeaway box if it would be set aside like a lost and found. She said they don’t keep boxes and they wouldn’t do that. The agent said she was the assistant manager. Long story short is their return policy isn’t clear, the items gave me rash, the customer service was failed both times (by not supplying the secondary box and then not returning due to not having secondary box.)

The products are pretty but pretty overpriced and honestly the employees are pretty stuck up. It's a small store so there isn't much to choose from.

I have been a huge Swarovski fan for years. The staff of this location, however, is beyond superb. I'm always impressed with the attentiveness of staff and personalization of experience here. They also have an incredible rewards system that provides birthday gifts and points on purchases. Definitely my jewelry go to!

Terrible!!!! I entered the store with a friend that came overseas to visit and we had a terrible service. Not friendly at all, after a working day I felt judged by my tired look and will never return to this store.
