5-STAR for this program. They came in and replaced my old florescent bulbs with new energy efficient LED. Big importment. Also reduced the 8' bulbs to 2- 4' bulbs by adding a part in the middle. This will reduce energy cost and replacement bulbs with their 5-year warranty on bulbs! Thank you XCEL!!
