Went in to trade in old phone and was greeted with the most amazing customer service ever. I was helped by Ashley M. And showed me every option, the price difference, what would be the most beneficial, very respectful. Helped me with military services and how to go about it. Never ever have I ever received service as Ashley demonstrated.

The fixed $50 for the home internet is a lie! I opted for auto pay of 50 month, now they are charging me $ 67.99, what a joke plus a rude customer service!

The steps for the fix they gave me didn't resolve the issue my wife was having with her phone. The site would be lower but their friendliness and eagerness to assist saved the review.

I called to ask about the free wifi for school kids today. The guy that answered the phone laughed and said they don't do that I'll have to go to a program. I asked what program he didn't know. I aske him if he knew T mobile had a mission to give 10 million children wifi he laughed. I asked for a manager and have been on hold since. Horrible.

Bad customer service,I have never had such a bad experience anywhere other then at T-mobile RUDE And LAZY I don’t know how the guy with glasses still has a job all he does is tell people is to call 611 and doesn’t even want to help you out on anything doesn’t even try to help. It sucks because I loved being with sprit but sadly I had to leave all because of T-mobileNot to mention that I had to keep on going in because my bill was up to $975 and every time I went in they told me not to worry about it that I was going to get a credit but had to pay 400 in the same month and was not given the credit finally 611 in Spanish helped me out with everything so I RAN to cricket BEST Desion of my life

I was denied service for not wanting to wear a mask. This is a shameful practice, and they left $1300 dollars on the table because they are afraid of a "cold". Sad and pathetic.

My wife and I came in to exchange our two phones. Jackie helped us and she did a phenomenal job!! She explained everything that came along with the device upgrades. Was super helpful and the process did not take long at all. She transferred all data from our old phones to the new phones in store as well. Great customer service !!

Pretty good customer service. Clean store. Not quite as many options or availability as I've seen in other stores but this store is good. Kinda bummed that I could not get the ridiculous upgrade fees waived. Cost money to come in and buy a phone on top of the actual phone price..extra 60 bucks for what!?! Anyways decent store, friendly staff.
