First of all this was a completely free visit. I added the app to my phone for order convenience and they gave me a reward of one free five layered burrito.Just a piece of advice You can use a reward separately just as a reward with a zero cost ticket and close it out and get your order. This is a new location freshly opened They follow Taco Bell specs to the letter... It's a convenient location with the drive-thru and a dining room which were both open, accessible, and clean.

I'm sure this on taco Bell more than anything by why does lobby orders take almost 10-15 min longer. Drive thru is fine and fast but taco Bell is doing something to ruin the experience of dining in. This is nothing on the workers the place is perfectly clean but times are terrible and any location dinning in.

The service we received through the drive thru was amazing!! Lezeth (Abel??) was amazing. He got our orders spot on and the food was warm and so so yummy. Even better than we hoped!! Will definitely be back because of how welcoming and friendly he was. Give that man a raise!

Stopped to have breakfast ordered a breakfast crunch wrap it not only took them 20 min to make it but it was cold the staff was rude and when I told them it was cold they said that I had to deal with it myself I will never return to this location there rude have no customer service skills they can't even do a simple job right stay away from this location it's the worst of the worst

Service: dined in.m, so the service was a computer screen and only once did I interact with an employee. Total stars 2. One for the computer for me typing in my order and 1 star for the person who called my name for my food when. It was ready. Ambience - new Taco Bell ambience , but dining at 1115 couldn't believe how dirty it was. Did they not clean the prior night ? 3 stars. Food : 3 stars. Food was warm and what you get from a Taco Bell.

It's Tuesday night, and I just went through the drive-through, and of course they were out of beef. The last time I tried to come here, they were out of beans, and the time before that, they were out of cheese and sour cream. Seriously, why are you even open? Then the so-called "manager," which was a male, was exceedingly unpleasant and disrespectful. Instead of resolving the problem, he exacerbated it, but he is a manager, right? It's no surprise you work at Taco Bell! As I drove away, he was yelling out the window, "Wow, what a manager!" Instead of saying, "Hey, I'm sorry this happened, but the beef will be ready in so and so time" or "Let me see what I can do for you," but absolutely not. I think he thinks he’s in the ghetto. But no worries, I will be making a complaint. Good- luck buddy ?

30 min of waiting and no food, plus at the 30 min mark they told us they are giving away the last chalupa that we paid for instead of giving us a heads up at the beginning. A super disappointing waste of time. The heater was also not working so it was pretty miserable for the customers, let alone the employees. Super bummer time for everyone all around.In the past, we have also been given the completely incorrect order which was extremely disappointing later as we didn't think to check before we left. The employees are nice so maybe it's just a curse? Still don't plan on going back anytime.

This taco bell has been one of the more reliable ones.. but today they messed up my order and I had to drive 20 minutes round trip to go get it fixed. I was angry and spoke stern, but I didn't insult anyone or cuss them out. The manager initially offered to just replace the one wrong item, but after my complaint offered to give a second extra item.The items given were tacos. They were placed completely upside down in the bag. When I opened them, both wrappers had a good amount of clear liquid right at the top of the taco. At first I was thinking, maybe because they were upside down the greese leaked to the top of the taco. Upon inspection there was no greese in any place on the shells, so it couldn't have leaked up--it was already present on top of the taco. From what? Maybe it is just my paranoia about going back and asking for things to be fixed at fast food, but it looks remarkably like spit. This is why I never ask for a replacement and only ask for a refund.I threw both tacos away. I won't be going back.

No Idea why this place has bad reviews, staff was professional and food was fine. It's Taco Bell not a 5 star Gordon Ramsey restaurant.

Ordered online and when we got there they said they were out of fries which is disappointing but whatever. Got our food in the drive thru, pulled off and realized they forgot our drink. Checked the bag and they gave us the wrong food as well. Didn’t get a recipe with the food. Went inside and she acted like I was trying to get free food or something. Showed my online receipt to prove it to her and they all acted like it was so annoying to have to get me what I ordered. Got home and the bag had leaked, checked inside it and there was the contents of one of the tacos in the bottom because it was upside down and not really wrapped. Food itself was okay but also just made with 50% effort because some of the items had almost no cheese when there should have been a lot. Just overall bad location and I’m so disappointed. My expectations were to get what I ordered and not have to convince the employees to get it for me. Doesn’t seem like a lot to ask.
