I have not even placed my first order yet but I had an excellent experience with Tom who picked up the phone when I had a question and guided me through the process so easily. He was very kind and helpful and I am very much looking forward to working with this company and receiving my first order soon!
Edit: I have received my first order and am in the process of another one.
First of all, they also offer editing and design services. Mr. Bebo was incredibly helpful and quick, and also provided a lot of detail, which I really appreciate.
Second, the speed is incredible. As soon as I approved the proof, the production went into place and I had my copies in perfect condition just the next day. They look and feel great and are very durable. I most certainly will be using TerraSlate for the majority of my printing needs.

Our restaurant used to have paper menus but we have permanently switched to Terraslate paper. We can still print them in house on our laser printer and they last forever! We used to spend so much more money on paper, reprinting because menus got dirty or ripped. Our Terraslate menus last until we have to reprint because the menu has changed. Shipping is always super fast and free which is an added bonus!

I have been printing menus with Terra Slate for about 2 years, flat menus and coil menus, great quality, color very accurate, outstanding communication with the staff. They won’t leave you alone through the whole process. Their shipping is the best, and it’s free!
