I cannot say enough incredible things about this dry cleaner. They quite literally saved my $500 silk dress after another cleaner (Singers Dry Cleaning off 44th) completely ruined it. I walked in absolutely stressed and almost in tears, and the woman behind the counter immediately put me at ease. She was knowledgeable, kind, and instantly pointed out exactly what the previous cleaner had done wrong—just by looking at the dress.
She never made any unrealistic promises, which I appreciated, but assured me she would do everything she could. And wow… she delivered. When I picked up my dress, every stain was gone, including the water marks the other cleaner added. It looked brand new—actually better than it did originally. She even pressed it perfectly. I had taken the dress straight from Singer’s to them, and the difference in quality was night and day.
I was genuinely emotional picking it up because I thought the dress was ruined forever. Instead, they brought it back to life. On top of all that, their pricing was significantly better than most cleaners I’ve been to.
I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I will never go anywhere else. Their expertise, customer service, and quality of work are unmatched. If you need a cleaner you can truly trust, this is the one.

Super professional and kind staff. I wanted to try this place out and needed some work shirts to be cleaned. I came back and my shirts were beautifully pressed and cleaned. Plus they sewed my collar button back on (which is beyond amazing). They also have good prices, overall a really good experience and I'll be taking more clothes to them.

They put a super thick clothes pin in my $500 cotton trousers leaving a hole in them and my wool jacket had dog hair all over it after cleaning. Baffling how bad my experience was here.

If I could I’d give more stars. Brought in one of my heels that had been run over. Heel broken off, rock damage to the heel. Frank was able to fix the heel back onto the shoe and remove the visible damage that the rocks had left all for an unexpectedly low price. I’m so grateful. Thank you, Frank.

Extremely disappointed with services - been using them for over 3 years - they use to be so great!! I even put up with the bad counter service lately. But on my last visit, they absolutely got my cleaning request wrong and charge me so much! It was the last straw cannot remain loyal anymore. Bye!

Convenient , fast, we'll organized, everything you'd want for a place that washes and irons shirts and does dry cleaning. Email notifications let you know when you'r order is ready and the counter staff is always nice. Highly recommended if you live in the area.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately they didn't do a very good job on my clothes. I haven't gotten dry cleaning in a while, but I've definitely had better quality. There were still stains present when I went to put on my shirt and pants this morning, and to be honest they don't feel or smell all that clean. Feels like they just pressed them and hung them. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Expensive. Had them do a simple hem for some shorts and pants. 8 items was over $200 / Approx. $25 an item for a basic hem.
