I should have written this review long ago, but I cannot tell you how much I love the Resident Experience Coordinator at The Confluence. Abigail puts on the very best events from Happy Hours to holiday parties to paint n' sip nights to pet costume contests to pop-up-markets. There is always something fun, interesting, and exciting happening. It seems Abigail and the staff have something planned for the residents every week! I don't know where she comes up with these ideas, but they are so unique that you just have to check them out, so you don't miss out! Thank you, Abigail, and I can't wait for our next event!

My evaluation of Alice Home Team is excellent, due to their punctual appointments, their interest, the cleanliness of the place, their good treatment, and their satisfaction of the guest by sending a message after the work is completed, confirming their complete concern for the comfort of the guest. As for me, I would like to deal with them more. My special thanks go to the honorable Ms. Emily.

I’ve been moved in about 3 weeks, came from a house in Highlands, and this is my first experience in a rented apartment ever, so I wasn’t sure what life would be like.
Loving it so far. This is maybe the best view in all of Denver. You’re close to a lot of city things (easy walk to downtown and highlands), but also steps away from nature being next to the rivers.
Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Had one minor maintenance request that was handled in a day.

Of the 4 apartments in which I lived during my time in Denver, The Confluence was by far the Crown Jewel. Any residential building can be labeled as ‘luxury,’ but it’s the management that really makes it feel luxurious. The whole Confluence team, especially Ross, truly made The Confluence feel like the pinnacle of luxury. From the outstanding events seemingly catered perfectly to the Residents of Confluence, to the impeccable service from Ross, Tara, Cain, Abigail, and the Maintenance Team, this community is top-tier.

I had the honor of playing live music at The Confluence in the Sky Lounge. Abigail organized a fantastic event for the residents that seemed like a truly enjoyable experience. From the beautiful spread of food and drinks to the lovely view, the atmosphere was remarkable.

Update to a review from two months ago (which I’d written, then, with hope for improvements). I moved into the building in 2023, when I had friends who’d lived here for a few years; they’ve since moved elsewhere. I chose The Confluence for its amenities and security, but both have declined steeply since the holiday season of last year. Elevators are often inoperable, leaving 30+ stories’ worth of residents to use stairwells that are not well-tended; there’s a distinct sewage smell in parts of both towers—worse on some days than others; I hoped to grill a few nights each week on the sky terrace but have only been able to use a working grill four times in the last year; the entry doors of the Mid-Rise building were broken for several weeks and created an unsafe situation of people from the street accessing the atrium; the pool has been closed since June (I write this in September) due to a structural engineering issue and it now sits empty without any cones, signs or marking, which is quite the choice from the standpoint of property liability with the risk of fall injuries; a window sits shattered on the ground level of a street-accessible atrium going on two weeks now; trash bins are overflowing. Last week, over Labor Day Weekend, I parked in our “secure” garage and gathered items from my car for a moment with my interior dome light off. As I got out of my vehicle, there was a group of four or five men (who did not see me inside my car) on skateboards, taking photos of my car and the supercar parked next to mine; when I asked if they lived in the building, they scrambled on their skateboards up the first of three ramps. I went immediately to the lobby to alert staff of the non-residents likely casing the garage, and I was told by the valet that he’d watched them skate down through the gate and “wasn’t sure if they were residents” and that he didn’t want to ask. I told Valet that I was going to go and that he should check on the trespassers he watched enter. Residents chat in common spaces about the recent and mysterious downfall of what was, until recently, the best building in this area. It seems like the budget for this building’s care and its staff has been diverted to their grand architectural project in RiNo, and this is a colossal injustice to the site staff here who are giving their all AND to the residents paying luxury prices for a residence that feels reduced to a Motel 6. Confirming my suspicions of budgetary strain, the elevator monitor showed account expiration a few days ago and then was powered off. I’d truly hoped to live here for a few years in a quirky unit I love for its sunlight, in a building with unrivaled security and amenities but this is no longer luxury, despite all tenants having signed their leases upon that agreement. The site staff is great across all departments (aside from Careless Valet Man) but it’s evident they are no longer given the resources now to run the show seamlessly, and it is the proprietors who should correct the property dangers and grave mis-advertisement of prim living that has fallen so short.

We have been really happy living here. The staff is so friendly and efficient, they feel like a second family to us! They work hard to take care of things as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I cannot say enough positive things about the Alice Home team. Every Monday we get our trash taken out, dishes put away and dishwasher reloaded if needed, fresh sheets, kitchen tidied up. My groceries get put away and delivered packages are brought to my unit. They have arranged my bathrooms to be cleaned and a rug taken to be cleaned and placed back good as new, but above all, this team is so fun while taking care of things in complete professionalism. They have really saved the day several times for me.
