Front office staff is rarely available to help with any concerns. Currently writing this review at the doors of the leasing office past the open time. Business hours are apparently optional every time I need assistance.
I have had mail troubles since day 1 and they do not give you any idea on how to resolve them because “it’s through a 3rd party system”
Doggie Bags run out and aren’t refilled regularly.
Biggest positive is the cleaning lady that greets my and I dogs ever morning with a smile!
Apartment is in a great location and is a cute layout BUT don’t hold your breath trying to get any assistance after you sign that lease :)

I find many of the reviews for apartments are about the property management groups, of which in my three years here we’ve had four so it is common for the building to change hands!The newest one, led by Naim, is extremely responsive and communicative which is half the battle in most cases with any management group.Overall, the Lydian is a great location to live location-wise and a gorgeous building, especially if you get the view to the mountains, and even if not you have it from the pool deck or lounge! The equipment in the gym is top notch and it’s a great area and building if you have any pets. Sometimes the Roxy across the street can be loud if you’re a front-facing apartment, but it’s typically on weekends, and if that’s the worst part of the day, it’s a good day.Overall, we love our apartment and don’t ever wish to leave!

A new management company took over a few weeks ago and they have been amazing! They are very responsive to requests and they care about the residents and the building. In the short time they have been managing the building they have already made great improvement to the property!

We recently changed management companies from Table Rock to Bryten Management. We have been working with Naim and LaKeisha from Bryten and it is a refreshing change of pace after a year or so of a terrible management. So far, communication has been great and the issues and concerns the previous management wouldn't fix are being promptly addressed. I am hopeful that the building and office interaction will be resorted to the positive experience of when I first moved to this building. Thank you, Niam and LaKeisha, for your incredible work so far.

This review is about the men's restroom on the 2nd floor.
tl;dr -- the 2nd-floor men's restroom has been dark due to a burnt out lightbulb for at least 2 months. I know for a fact they are aware of this issue but they have done nothing to fix it.
I'm absolutely astonished that the light bulb in the 2nd-floor men's room has not been changed.
How hard is it to change a light bulb?!!!
If the staff at The Lydian are this slow to respond to a burnt out light bulb I can only imagine how miserable it must be for tenants of the building with more serious issues.
