They did roof repair on our house , but shingles started coming off . We called them 10-12 times . They promised to call back and fix the roof , but never received call back . Just wastage of time and money . We will never recommend them .Service: Roof damage repair

Well we had our roof, paint, A/C Unit, gutters all replaced by *******. Our insurance company was incompetent, and tried to deny our claim. After contacting four or five different contractors our neighbors told us about their phenomenal company. They went back-and-forth with our insurance company for a few months, and our claim went from $2000 to over $65,000. What a world of difference that you get from 1 company to another. Thank you ?? so very much for all of your persistence and hard work!!!

EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE:*****Thank you for taking the time to respond, even if it is 3 years later. I have no intentions of spreading lies to hurt your company. This review is true to my experience. As mentioned, you did a good job with the roof, though afterwards there were a lot of nails in our yard.Regarding my insurance company not wanting to cover any damages, I believe that is a pretty standard experience. When you were hired by us, you said you would directly work with the insurance company for not only the roof claim, but then subcontract out for all other damages. Once the roof was done, communication died off. You were able to follow through with subcontracting a siding company, but as for the awnings, fence, gutter and shed damages, you did nothing.Also, the insurance company did not drive any wedges in between us. In fact, I didn't reach out to them until I couldn't get a hold of anyone from your business. I finally decided to call my insurance company a year later, and after nearly 2 months of trying to reach Cody with no responses. After talking to them they said they would try to call, and within 5 minutes I had Cody calling me, and he was clearly upset and accused me of tattling on him to the insurance company. This was an incredibly unprofessional call from Cody, but finally I was able to get my money from the insurance company that you were holding onto. Also, I was never provided with your direct contact, don't even know your name and never saw you. All communication was done through Cody as that was the only person I knew.*****From the start they seem like a small family business focused on customer service and that is partially true. I went with this company because they came recommended from State Farm so I figured I could not go wrong. They took my whole insurance claim over and subcontracted out everything but the roof. They did a good job on the roof and did it quickly, but they could've done a better job on the cleanup. However, I wish I had just hired them for the roof and nothing else. They dragged their feet through the rest of the process passed the point of the 1 year mark of being able to get supplements from the insurance for other work needing to be done. Also, the companies they were subcontracting to were not the highest quality of companies. I was not kept in the loop when people would be showing up, and there were a few times they left our fence open which once ended in me chasing my dogs around the neighborhood.After over a year into the process, things got a little interesting. I made the mistake of signing the insurance check over to them so they could pay their subcontractors. They did not finish all the work that was included in the claim and were sitting on nearly 4k that they would not hand back over. I had to call them several times requesting to get this money back and they would give me the same response of "we need to cross our t's and dot our i's before we can sign anything over". they were giving me this response after I already had an email chain going with one of their employees who gave me the exact number of what they owed me and he said they are just waiting on the owner to sign the check. After MONTHS of me reaching out to them they finally stopped responding to my calls all together. At this point, I actually called my insurance agent that recommended them to me and they offered to reach out for me. After they reached out, I got a call from Cody who was VERY enraged that I "called to tell on them to the insurance company" going on about how I am trying to destroy their name and also throwing in my face that they did a lot of free upgrades and how well they treated me, trying to make me out to be the bad guy. This is what would concern me the most about any new costumers is that if there are issues, they don't seem to be as responsive as one would like and when you call them out, they lose their professionalism. This is an amazing company. The Roof Dr. was fast, friendly, fair, transparent, and professional. They guided us through the process of working with our insurance company to replace our roof, replace our gutters, repaint the exterior of our house, and repair damages done to the interior. It was like having a personal consultant to help us transform both the inside and outside of our house. Most importantly, they helped us make the ordinarily arduous process of working with insurance companies a complete breeze. The Roof Dr. is a very capable and responsive company to the needs of their customers. The owner and his sons are efficient, knowledgeable, and expeditious in resolving roof issues and standing by their work. I am in the process of selling my sister's house after she passed away. (The house had been my mother's home before my sister became the owner, and The Roof Dr. repaired and re-shingled the home's entire roof for my mom after major hail damage 3 yrs ago.) I needed to quickly have the roof of the house inspected and repaired to satisfy the new buyers of the house. I called Ken, the owner of the Roof Dr., to inquire if there was a transferable warranty on the roof work he did for my mom. Although the original warranty was not transferable to the prospective buyers, Ken offered to go out to the house the very next day for a free inspection, then in under a week his company fixed all the hail damage and certified the roof for 3 years for the new buyers.
