I have worked with the Schlichter team to buy two homes and both experiences were wonderful. The most recent experience was during a difficult time to find homes with low inventory, but we were able to find the perfect home for us. Tom is great to work with and was always available to help when we needed it. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience with the home-buying process and is always able to answer our seemingly unending questions. We were looking for almost two years and the length of time of our search was never mentioned negatively and we never felt pressured into making any decisions. We finally found the right place at the right time. The Schlichter team is really generous and they value their clients and make the extra effort to know us personally. We would 100% buy/sell with their services next time.

Thankfully we had David by our side during the process of selling our home. We hit numerous bumps in the road along the way, and I could not have predicted how much we needed David until each issue arose and David moved us forward. David is exceptionally responsive, returning text messages, emails and phone calls right away. He patiently and effectively answered all of our questions, and offered suggestions on how to proceed. David is quite knowledgeable about the Denver real estate market. He is also a master negotiator and got us the best price possible. We highly recommend David and would use him again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I have worked with the Schlichter team multiple times in buying and selling our homes in Colorado. We have had an amazing experience with them each time - we've specifically worked with David and Tom and they are each exceptional at what they do. This review is long overdue. But when moving into a new home you are busy! I would give a million stars to this team if I could. We moved to the area due to a job promotion for my boyfriend. Things moved pretty quick and we found ourselves needing to find a new home pretty quick. My awesome realtor in AZ researched and found this for me. She reached out and let this group know my needs and timeline. Casey and David reached out immediately and hit the ground running. Casey was available 24/7 for all our needs and questions. She was so patient with us..quickly learning what we wanted. We were able to give her a list of houses and she was able to say "I'm not so sure this fits for what you want, but let's go look at it." When we were concerned about time frames with our potential mortgage company, Casey was on the phone "what can I do?" This team was.with us every step of the way and 6 months later..still here offering help. Many thanks to the Schlichter Team and a giant shout out and thanks to Casey!!!!

Jen was a fantastic partner to work with during the homebuying process. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and a great resource for first-time home buyers. Navigating this process would have been extremely difficult if not for her years of experience, knowledge, and understanding of the home purchasing process.
