Accommodations were fine, but check your credit card bill after staying. They took $40 out of my security deposit saying that I took food from the mini bar in the room and went to their restaurant and charged it to my room. I called to dispute the charges, and they kept telling me to call back later. Finally got an email address but no response, and they didn’t even send me an itemized receipt of why they charged me the $40. I decided to just give up and post this review in the hopes others avoid this situation.

We’ve stayed here a few times but don’t think we will be coming back. The experience was pretty disappointing especially our last time.1. We got upgraded because of our credit card, and were asked if we wanted a city view or a Mountain View. We chose city, and were greeted by the parking garage view when we entered the room. Had to sleep with shades down to keep away the bright lights of the garage2. The shower didn’t seem clean when we got to the room - there were still hair and the drain was up. I notified the front desk, and that was written on a post it note. Don’t think that post it note went anywhere after though3. While they do disclose all the fees, just want people to be aware of the numerous fees this hotel charges. Parking is $26 per night and “destination fee” is $25 per night. That $50 can help you make a better decision about whether you should stay here or somewhere else.We won’t be coming back.

I stayed at the Source Hotel for New Years Eve and found the experience rater disappointing. The hot tub was not clean with had a green hue, there was a notable shortage of robes and towels and the water in the room never got above lukewarm.I reached out to the hotel manger and ownership group but never received a response. The lack of communication was disappointing.I'd suggest looking elsewhere if your expecting a premium experience.

Really nice hotel not too far from downtown. Couple of great restaurants downstairs and a bar/restaurant on the roof. Reasonably priced parking considering the location and plenty of it.Rooms: Everything was new and well maintained. Comfortable beds and nice showers.

We had a wonderful staycation this past weekend! We ran into a couple hiccups along the way (at no fault of anyone) but the staff was SO helpful! Nikki at the front desk really went above and beyond for us. Great option for our dog as well! We will be staying again.

Very sad story. I guess you can’t be served at the roof bar if over 39.A friend of mine and I tried to get a beer there was no one up there only a few people the bar tender totally ignored us, cause we were older than everyone in the room. We stood there for six minutes, and she never paid any attention to us at all, so I showed my friend the view, and then we left. Very sad will not be returning.

Stayed here for my anniversary. This place doesn't feel at all like they advertised. The place felt more like a concrete box than a boutique hotel. We were charged for "amenities" that were not accesible like the overbooked restraunt and a hot tub directly in line of site of the patrons dining. They even charged for the coffee in the room. Really disappointed, felt like this was just a money grab.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving and it was a great experience. The room was clean and beautiful, with an industrial feel to it. It was nice looking out the window in the morning. What’s unique about this hotel is that it’s nearby many good restaurants, bakeries, souvenirs stores as they were developed together. We had fun exploring this complex the hotel sits in and it’s very walkable

The hotel is very industrial and unfortunately it was taken a bit too far in the rooms. The furnishings are minimal at best and very hard. There isn’t even a nice rug or softer chair to soften the concrete interiors of the room. There are not privacy blinds, only blackout blinds and since our rooms faced the parking garage we had to keep the blackout shades down the entire stay, as anyone could directly see into our rooms from inside the garage. In the bathroom the toilet had to be flushed twice to actually work and then the toilet ran the entire night the first night. There isn’t very good airflow in the rooms so the air is fairly stagnant and it gets uncomfortable at night. The small ac/heat unit in the room is loud and echos off the concrete walls making it hard to sleep. The beds are not overly comfortable and there is a complete lack of storage in the main bedroom. We stayed three nights for a conference and none of us slept very well. This is a two star hotel, not a four star hotel.
