I recently toured The Station at Riverfront and I had a great experience. Tatum was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me feel comfortable and right at home there. The building is beautiful and well maintained. I would highly recommend taking a tour! I cant wait to move in :)

DO NOT RECOMMED. This is first place I stayed since moved to Denver in JUL 2023. At first, it was decent. However, end of 2023, there started to be issues with their hallways smell awful all the time, then they started to kick people out of the buildings. You can find multiple previous residents' reviews - sadly, they are all true. Unfair and inconsistent treatment by the management company - High alert!
On the other hand, this management company will charge you crazy amount of fees despite they told you only certain charges. Now I live in AMLI just a few streets down and know the differences are significant:
- Station's basic water/trash/sewer/gas total is 3 times more than my current apartment!
- Station charges you MORE fee items than other apartments. Get ready for things that you don't understand and valet trash (they also increased valet trash fees without telling residents!!!!)
- Station's parking: you pay for a parking spot but you have to also pay for an additional monthly fee.
There are better options out there...

The building and leasing staff is such a mess the only thing good about this place was the location. They failed to keep updates on the building so much they had to evict everyone from the building within the year.

Great location but smelly and poorly managed.
Every time I have guests over they comment on the smell in the hallway and stairwell (which has only been cleaned once in the 6 months I've been here). Also bad sewage smell in some bathrooms. Put in a maintenance request, but they said it's something with the plumbing and nothing to be done about it.
For 3 weeks residents on my floor weren't able to enter or exit our apartments during the workday because of work in the hallway, and we were offered less than half off our rent. Work wasn't finished in three weeks, so we lived in a construction zone for 3 months, without any communication from management about when the hall would be completed or any sort of offer off rent for the continued construction.

The apartments are absolutely amazing! I love the pool! I was able to talk to the community manager, Levi, who seemed to genuinely care and even though he’s new already knew a lot about the apartments. 10/10 would recommend!
