Worst customer service experience ever.
I have probably shipped a thousand packages out of this location since they opened several years ago. I recently took a package to be shipped out, the clerk apparently entered the address incorrectly, adding a 0 rather than a space between the address number and street name. I was never given then opportunity to verify the address.
Spoke with the owner Mohamed who was unwilling to cover the cost to re-ship the package and referred me to ups customer service.
Luckily we have the ability to make choices in life and voice our opinions. I’ll be choosing to use a different UPS store/FedEx or usps for my shipping needs going forward.

The staff has changed dramatically in the last month or so and the service just isn’t the same…
Went to drop off a few items and the way the employee haphazardly taped a label to one and barely closed the other, I was genuinely worried my returns wouldn’t be accepted or even make it to their destination. I also had to double check the labels and thank god I did because the wrong label was attached to each package.

Went there this morning at 8AM and the location was closed!☹️ Again, today the store was not open at 8am. Very poor reliability!!!!

I come to this strip mall occasionally and noticed there was a UPS store. I needed to get some documents scanned in so I called them to see if they provided this service. The lady who answered the phone said they did and gave me the prices. The next day I came in as I had rushed from work to make it in before they closed. When I walked in I noticed a copy machine and a sign on wall that said they scan. I asked the clerk if needed to scan would I just use that machine. He told me their scanner has not been working all week and he had no idea when it would be fixed (basically unknown how many days, weeks, months and years it would be before it was fixed. ) what irritated me the most was that I had just called day prior and there was never any mention the scanner was broken nor that it had been all week. There was not a single sign anywhere letting customers know the scanner was out of operation. I don’t understand small companies that don’t communicate to their staff when equipment is down. Will never come back to this place. Poor customer service. Appears old run down equipment. Only one scanner apparently. The business appeared as if it could use a remodeling. And only stays open until 6:30pm.

The manager of the store is simply an absolute gem. He is always polite and extremely helpful and in good spirits. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The store is absolutely spotless and it’s just a pleasant experience every time I use this service.

I came to this UPS to notarize something and get my passport renewed. Koe was the absolute best and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Outstanding service!

Everyone at this location is always very quick and gets the job done! The gentleman who helped me today was named Koe and his customer service skills were so on point, even though things were pretty busy. Keep up the good work, Koe!

I recently had a package delivered to your ups store at 6110 colfax ave unit 4 denver co 80220. Your employee Desiree. Rejected the package and now no one can find it. She claims she rejected the package and set it by the door to be picked back up by usps. For 3 years i have had packages delivered to this store and have had to pay a 5 dollar holding fee each time. So i was unaware starting this week ups no longer allows you to do that , now my packages is lost no one knows where its at! I ship thousands of medial and personal items through you all monthly. But thanks to your employee Desiree and her lack of customer service skills, not only will I never use any ups store but I will switch all of my business accounts over to fed ex because at least we would have been able to pick up our package and been told we could no longer have items shipped there for picked up only , instead of being blind sided! , and now having to look for this time sensitive package! And yes this is the same employee that has caused all of your poor reviews on here. You guys need to train her or let her go. she is rude and causes unnecessary hardships just because she can.
