Great place! I had an absolutely fantastic leasing experience with Trey. He was really quick to answer any questions that I had, and the lease signing process and touring process was seamless. As I have had my lease for around a month now, Trey is still on top of any question I have & is also a friendly face in the lobby. Would highly recommend Griffis Lodo!!

After touring numerous buildings in the LoDo area, the combination of exceptional staff, outstanding amenities and a well-maintained building made my decision to move here an easy one

We had our ice machine stop working and Cliff came by and fixed it immediately! He gave us some tips on how to prevent it in the future too. He was wonderful as always. Thanks Cliff!

We appreciate Cliff! He finished touching up some paint in our bathroom and he let me know that typically he drops off touch up paint, but since there was not a small canister he would assist this one time. I always appreciate his honesty. I like to know what's expected of me being in a unit. In the two years we've been in the complex, he's just been a gem for us. Cliff is so professional and still exudes care. We appreciate that we can ask him questions and he has thoughtful answers, if he doesn't know he will inquire. He's always so reasonable and also realistic. He never over promises or never underdelivers. He has assisted us to know the little things to do to properly maintain our unit like getting a disposal cleaner in our disposal to prevent smells and buying a little better air filter to help with dust in our current unit. To top it off he is well liked by our little pup Theo and Cliff is so kind to him. We have lived in a few different complexes previously and just haven't had this good of an experience with anyone in maintenance. While we love our unit it's truly the people like Cliff that make a complex a community. We love living here.

Love living here! Cliff is an amazing repairman and the lease office staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, the hallways are clean, the service requests get completed immediately. Amenities are nice

I had a great experience touring this apartment. Noah was particularly helpful, attentive, and kind. After I decided not to rent with Griffis (for reasons not related to the property), the property manager promptly reimbursed me for the money I put down as a hold.

We have lived in Griffs Lodo since may 2025. Our move in was super easy. The staff is great! They are always so helpful. Nina has been great always goes above and beyond.
The complex is super clean and always well maintained. I would highly recommend living here

Griffis LoDo is unquestionably the finest Griffis property in the Lower Downtown area. My time living here was a genuinely wonderful experience — one I will look back on fondly for years to come. The amenities are exceptional, creating a unique atmosphere that never failed to impress my guests.
Nina, our leasing agent, played a huge role in making our stay so enjoyable. She was consistently helpful, resourceful, and approachable, and I’m glad to now consider her a friend. I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone looking for an elevated living experience in Denver.

I LOVE living here!!! The staff is so incredible and handles any issues promptly. I've met so many amazing residents and new friends. Brianna and Nina in the leasing office are the BEST. We have so much fun and they are very professional by handling any question or concern I bring to them. There is front desk night security around the clock and it always feels so safe here - shoutout to Vivianna!

Just moved in last month and have had a great experience so far. Cliff and Harold have been super helpful and quick with maintenance requests, and Brianna has gone above and beyond to make the move-in process smooth. I’ve had a lot of questions, and not once has she made me feel like I was being a bother—she’s always friendly and patient. Big thanks to the team here for making me feel welcome!
