Excellent customer service. I already had a tent and rack installed myself. But there was a frustrating rattle. Silas was incredibly helpful troubleshooting and we were able to fix the rattle.

Thule customer service and warranty team is great. When I lost a weatherstripping off my EVO bars they were punctual and helpful in finding a replacement. Very happy with the racks and appreciative when a company stands behind their equipment.
