Tide Cleaners does dry cleaning service for the company I work for and they have been excellent to the residents of Country Club Towers. Customer service is hard to beat and they are always improving!!

I’m very disappointed with my recent service. I sent my daughter’s small area rug in to be cleaned and it came back ripped down the side. It was in perfect condition, no tears when it was sent in. Completely unacceptable that no one called me to alert me of the damage and this is the condition it was sent back to me in. How did this pass a quality check? I’m waiting to hear back from management after calling the delivery driver because the store mailbox is full.

I was in a real pinch and needed a bigger job complete with a quick turnaround. Jessica the manager at this location truly created a wow moment when she went above and beyond to help me and got it done- all despite some misunderstanding perhaps on my part as well as an operational challenge she handled gracefully and effectively. I am still grateful for her extra effort and high level of professionalism.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. I dropped something off to be cleaned. They postponed the arrival date twice no big deal at all. It ended up taking a week. Item was ready for pick up and zipper was broken. They sent it back and told me another week to fix it ok cool. Then the “MANAGER” told me after many delays it was back at the shop. I went the next day and it was not there!!!I got mad and text her she said they could mail it to my house. I was out of town for work 3 separate times so that did not work for me. Now when I call the shop I have not gotten them to pick up the last TEN times I’ve called. I then text the “MANAGER” about my item when I was back in town. She won’t respond to me and if I don’t receive some customer service I will be reporting this company to the BBB the item has not been returned and now the “MANAGER” must have put me on a do not answer list.I would REALLY appreciate a response from corporate I have never had such a bad experience with a business in serving the public. Last time I text her was October 12 and 13th and I’m conveniently still ignored. UNPROFESSIONAL

The cleaners lost my husband’s pants. Gave us someone else’s clothes and never returned numerous phone calls to pay for the $250 cost of the pants. I need to be contacted and reimbursed for the pants immediately. Without a response with 48 hours of this review I will be reporting them to the Better Business Office and also the State Attorney’s office to investigate them and their financial records. Does anyone want to join me in making them accountable for their corrupt business practices?

They dry cleaned 6 times on 8/9/23 and 4 had a sorry we couldn’t clean tag on them. They were told the sleeves had spots on then from my husband using a wheelchair… they did not get them clean at all or offer a discount… they made me pay full price for dirty clothes!!!! They said their manger would call and they NEVER did! The staff could not do customer service or they said they would be fired!Services: Special care fabric cleaning

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Tide cleaners is a big name- with a big name, you think the owners have it figured out. WRONG. I came in to pick up my one dress, brand new, expensive, to take on a trip with me the next day. BUT what I thought was a seamless effortless experience turned into a NIGHTMARE.I dropped my dress of the Sunday before today, the girl work said the system is down but I can take your dress, wrote my name down and everything.when I picked up my dress, the young lady working at the store states "This is my 3rd week here, I am here because we are trying to get rid of all the bad workers here" That gave me great reassurance that my things are being well taken care of..NOT.FURTHER MORE, not only did the young lady looked for my dress throughout the whole store, I HAD to look through the whole store with my dress. To make it worst, the owner, Jessica, couldn't even locate the dress. Jessica didn't even know who had my dress, where it was, and wasn't listed under my first or last name, but maybe under "cherry...creek".... WHAT AN AWFUL PROCESS, WAIT THERE IS NO PROCESS.This took one hour and ten minutes of me standing there, frantically like "WHERE IS MY DRESS"..... Jessica couldn't locate my dress until 35 minutes later, while everyone is like... HOW DID YOU LOSE MY DRESS..... I had to wait in the store until my dress got there.an hour and so later, my dress appears with a Tide cleaner young lady who handed me my dress and then laughed at my racing off---AS IF THIS IS ANY OF MY FAULT.....Jessica, this store, this location and the people working here is A JOKE. You have been in business for how many years? AND then to have your new employer tell me that you have awful people working here that you, Jessica, are in the middle of getting rid of ---NOT ONLY did they inconvenience myself, I had to cancel several other meetings I still had that day cause of their mistakes!IF I WAS ANYONE WHO CARED ABOUT YOUR QUALITY/EXPENSIVE CLOTHES- I WOULD NEVER, EVER, GO TO THIS LOCATION... I HAVE taken my clothes to tide cleaners and NEVER ONCE HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!FALSE: YOU DID NOT HAVE MY DRESS IN 30 MINUTES, 1 HOUR AND 10 I WAS WAITING START TO FINISH... ALSO ME CUSSING 5 CUSS WORDS THAT THIS NIGHTMARE YOU PRESENTED TO ME AND RUNNING A COMPANY LIKE THIS... YOUR delusional if someone wouldn't be upset for waiting an hour and change for their items your employer lost the lady at the front was scared with how you managed and just hired her- sad she didn't know how much of a nightmare the business you are running. TO conclude, DONT BRING your stuff TO THIS TIDE CLEANER.

They do a good job .. but the prices posted are not the prices charged .. on the board it said $49.99 for a comforter.. but it was &59.99 .. she said it was because it was queen size .. that’s ok .. but it should be posted for different sizes .Service: Comforter cleaning

I’ve had several bad experiences with this dry cleaner, from staff not showing up on days I need to pick up clothes, to burn marks and mysterious new stains appearing on very expensive shirts to the most recent - went to pick up my clothes twice this week and the staff accidentally put my clothes on a delivery truck for no reason. Still don’t have the clothes. Don’t go here. And the most ironic thing, after they lost my clothes a 2nd time just now, I received an automated text from Tide requesting a Google review. Here you go!

Cherry creek location. Wasn’t impressed with the gal working Thursday afternoon. When I picked my my order she immediately said that my card on file was DECLINED. This was obviously a surprise to me, which she enjoyed, and then tried it again. DECLINED she said. I said okay I’ll gladly pay with cash. I mentioned that I was surprised because I’ve never been declined…. Then , she said that TIDE was having trouble with the WiFi. Interesting. If I employed that person, maybe her name was Ashley, I would instruct her NOT to go with the SHOCK FACTOR when saying the card was declined. Instead, she should have said, “ we’ve been having issues with our WiFi today, so that’s probably it”Instead she chose to announced YOUR CARD IS DECLINED …. Twice …. I do a lot of business at the Cherry Creek location. Maybe I should look around for a more truthful, positive clientele for my Cleaners…Service: Laundry wash & fold

Great experience, friendly staff and consistently fast turn around. They’re not the cheapest option around but they’re dependable and I will pay for that. When I need something same day they do it and that’s worth the added cost in my opinion.Services: Organic dry cleaning
