The customer service over the phone is delightful and so very helpful. However the customer service in person is awful and down right humiliating. I went to get my bracelet fixed and was wanting to buy another bracelet, and every associate just kept saying to go to the next counter, not giving me the time of day. Not a single person was trying to help, so I left. Literally the only two people who were helpful and nice were the doorman, and the lady who helped me with my bracelet. Honestly this particular Tiffany's needs a lesson or two on customer service.

Terrible customer service. My husband bought me a bracelet and we were going to exchange it for another piece of jewelry but not one person greeted us and then finally after waiting for about 15 minutes a lady came over to us. I ended just returning it due to this. At that point, we decided to go elsewhere. This is not a location to buy from.

Wish I could give less than 1. This store sold my daughter a $600+ POS ring that turned black & gray WITHIN 7 DAYS then refused to take it back "because it has been worn." Staff here including the stoned store manager were zero help. Here's photos of the ring after 7 days. The ring next to it was $20 from kohl's two years ago. It looks brand new next to the cheapy tiffany one. Save your $ and go to ANY other jewelry store in Denver. Especially factoring in the traffic, having to pay for parking, mall tax etc at this mall.

Extremely disappointed today I went in to pick up five pieces of my jewelry I left for cleaning. And though they placed each piece in a separate pouch. When I asked for a bag to carry them out they placed them in a clear used zip lock bag when I went out front in said can I buy a bag? I got a plain white bag ? Like really wow! It really took from the whole experience of luxury and what I believe Tiffany & Co represents. This to me was very poor service!

This complaint is directly for the manager Regina, and how catastrophically she mishandled my situation. Because of the length of the complaint I have written directly to corporate, though this is long too. To save a bit of time here, Regina accused me of trying to evade taxes, and at no point did she try and rectify the situation, or apologize for any inconvenience.I brought a never worn ring into this store to get it resized. The representative told me I had 6 months of free fittings until it fit correctly (Regina said “Thats not true” instead of saying she’d speak with the rep about misinforming me) After I dropped it off they called to tell me they couldn’t size my ring and that I’d need to exchange it for a smaller size. They charged $125 for the “difference in price” at the time of the ring purchase. Instead of the $125 I authorized over the phone, I saw a charge for $230 on my credit card. When I called to ask what the charge was, I was told it was the tax in Denver verse the tax in Littleton where the ring was originally shipped to. Apparently dropping my ring off at the shop in Denver and then picking it up, there was now a 4.5% increase in tax on the ring. When I asked why no one told me I could have sent the ring back and had it shipped to me in Littleton so I wasn’t charged, I was told they’re not allowed to advise me on that. Eventually I asked to speak to a manager who happened to be Regina.Regina was the rudest, most condescending person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. After I told her I didn’t understand the charge or why no one informed I had other options, she told me I was trying to convince her colleagues to advise me on how to avoid paying taxes, accused me of tax evasion, and when I interrupted her to say “No, no, I never asked your employee to advise me on tax evasion” she abruptly said “Can I SPEAK?!” when I shockingly said “are you kidding me?” she condescendingly laughed and said she wasn’t kidding and went over repetitive points about how much money they already saved me and how many fees she already waived. Which didn’t make sense as I had been told before that everything would be free as this was a recent purchase. She also told me Tiffanys already “ate the cost of my damaged old ring” I never wore it. When I told her this she said they take pictures of the ring and she’d have to check. This also felt accusatory, like I was lying about wearing a ring that didn’t fit? I asked for store credit in the amount of $230 to which she told me that was illegal. I told her that a partial refund for the ring wasn’t illegal because the taxes were still being paid, Tiffanys would just have to eat the cost of the partial refund. She again refused. What IS illegal is charging someone a different amount than they authorized over the phone. This was by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I have never complained, I have never written a complaint, and I have worked in customer service before. I’m the person who if you bring the wrong food out at a restaurant will not say a peep. Not only is Regina a terrible communicator, but she is a hinderance to her sales team. She will absolutely lose clientele for her store and commission for her employees by running off anyone she speaks to. I’d like to reiterate that at no point did Regina even try to understand where I was coming from, or rectify the situation. She was aggressive and rude. This doesn't seem like Tiffany's standard or how many of my friends and family members have been treated at other locations over the years. This is the only Tiffanys in Colorado and if it were the last Tiffanys on earth I’d never give them my business again all because of this woman. I implore the owner of this shop to start recording calls when Regina is involved to ensure quality customer service. Everyone else I spoke to and worked with was delightful.

Disappointing experience with Tiffany's service at Cherry Creek. The team manager further escalated the situation. Very disappointed to be treated with such poor customer service, diminish the Tiffany brand, and experience.

last year I bought an engagement ring but because the size was too small it was suggested to enlarge it, so the quality of the ring decreased and a few months ago the ring was crooked, when I took it for service the customer service said it would be finished in about 3 weeks, but after 3 weeks there was no notification until When I called new customer service I was told that if my ring was repaired I would have to pay an additional $750.00 otherwise it would be sent back to me with the ring bent. So sorry to buy a ring for over $9K but the quality is so bad.

My daughter took her vintage Tiffany ring here today to get it cleaned and checked. Every single person, from the security guard to the sales associates, was rude, curt, demeaning, and unpleasant. The very last associate that helped her was nice enough, but everyone else left such a bad impression that it is unlikely we'll ever buy anything from here. I'm not even sure why anyone would want to shop here given the attitude of the staff (usually this comes right from the top, where evidently, this kind of behavior is either tolerated and/or sanctioned). Lots of jewelers have beautiful pieces--go somewhere else where you'll be treated with respect and courtesy. Ignorant snobs. By the way--they totally implied that my daughter did not have an authentic Tiffany ring! They drilled her and talked to her like she was trying to scam them. This ring is a family heirloom, passed down from my mother. So shockingly disappointed and appalled by their terrible customer service.

A trip to Tiffany's is always special. My wife and I ventured there yesterday to purchase a Sterling Silver Dog Bone Charm for our 4-month old Schnorkie puppy as well as a ring for my wife. Our friends at Tiffany's welcomed us and our little puppy enthusiastically into their store there at Cherry Creek! Rachel took the lead on assisting us and couldn't have been nicer, more attentive, and professional while assisting me and my wife. Actually, because she was so genuine and thorough with explaining different options to us, we ended up buying an additional charm for another one of our puppies and may consider other purchases in the near future. The highlight was when We were sitting and waiting for Rachel to research availability for a piece we were considering, she brought our puppy a Tiffany's cup full of water to drink-and it meant so much. She also shared pics and stories of her and her partner's doggie as well. Just a genuinely delightful experience. Thank you Rachel and thanks as always to Tiffany's for creating wonderful experiences for both human and furry customers!

Had an absolutely amazing experience shopping here today. I had no intentions of buying anything as I was considering a different piece but because the associate was so helpful I decided that their piece was more appealing, and the service was a big part of that…she really understood what I was looking for and found the perfect gift.

I purchased a set of post earings and a diamond ring. A few days after my purchase one of the platinum backings for the post earings fell off, I purchased a replacement only to have that too fall off. When I spoke with the store I was informed the platinum backings where defective and that the store would need to check the earring and the new backing to ensure they lined up properly. The store manager informed me that I would need to pay $90 for another platinum backing. The ring I purchased also had problems. After only a couple of months one of the diamonds fell out. I expected the quality to be much better and the customer service to be as well. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPPOINTED! I will not purchase anything again from Tiffany's again

I grew up watching breakfast and Tiffany's and maybe that's why it's my favorite jeweler, but their products are also beautiful, elegant, timeless and amazing quality. I treated myself to a beautiful silver ring and felt like a queen from the minute I arrived. Someone opened the door for me, I was instantly greeted and assisted with purchasing the correct size ring. It's gorgeous and I have not yet taken it off. I love the ambiance here! So classy and I feel like Audrey Hepburn. There's no place like Tiffany's. Good things come in blue boxes!

Terrible store I always buy Tiffany for gifts and have some beautiful pieces myself (including my wedding ring!) but this store sucks. Reminds me why I usually just order online. They were not particularly busy and one of the sales reps was texting or doing something on his phone so I finally went to the security guard and was like we know what we want to buy so can someone just get it for us and he points to the dude on his phone who had been ignoring us for ten minutes We bought the item but that guy certainly didn't earn his commission.

I’ve spent some time in this store over the years and I haven’t always had the best experience, so I have to say that Lauren Campbell is by far their most genuine, sweetest, most helpful client advisor. She isn’t condescending if I’m shopping dressed down, she doesn’t act like it’s a hassle when I’m being indecisive, and she genuinely wants to be helpful and ensure I’m walking away with the right pieces for me. Her patience and helpfulness are super appreciated.
