Awful.
I called immediately after placing order and added my employee who was person picking up. There is no option to add a person other than the card holder online.
The order had his name added but apparently that info never made it to the disti center as it takes a cpl business days???
He went all the way out there only to be told he couldn’t pick up. 3 hrs of driving total now.
What a waste of time to save 40 bucks
Customer service on the phone is good but

Tire Rack is the best place I've found to get uncommon tire sizes. Their prices are great and you get a discount when you pick them up rather than shipping.

Do NOT buy from Tire Rack! They do not honor their warranty! Our tires were down to 3/32 in half the mileage and time they were warrantied for (measured multiple times by us and mechanic and the wear was even inner/middle/outer tire). No road hazard damage and no side wall damage. We spent a long time gathering and submitting all supporting receipts and data showing tires had been rotated regularly, etc. Over the phone they approved warranty pay out then when they received the tires they lied about the condition of the tires (made multiple false claims stating they had over 4/32 wear, road hazard damage and sides “torn up” which was all a complete lie). They count on people giving up and not fighting their corrupt ways. Shame on them. Absolutely useless warranty.

Customer service is terrible. Waited a week past the expected delivery date to make sure a package was lost before opening a support case (RE-111432) and they told me that they can't help because I waited too long. This company is a joke.

Tire Rack had exact tires for $1100 and their affiliate Discount Tires installed for $100 it was fast and was no hassle. Very professional. Exact price as quoted by both Tire Rack and Discount Tire. $1200 vs $1616 and no monkey business.
