Jim is horrible. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I booked a rental and and got a text the rototiller was available. Showed up and Jim couldn’t explain to me why the 5 tillers sitting in the aisle couldn’t be rented. He offered no explanation or help refunding my fee for the rental. Jim needs to retire or get a new job if he hates customers and his job so much.

Friendly staff that try their best to help but depending on who you get may or may not be too helpful. It's a much more pleasant shopping experience during the week nights vs the crazy weekends.

On this day, I visited this Home Depot to grab a few things for my home. I was taken aback by a clerk scanning my items in the check-out line, but not completing the transaction with my card. I found this strange.What really got me was noticing that they only did this with the Black and POC individuals in line. Two white men checked out without help or having their items scanned for them. I talked to a manager who did the best he could to convey that this was of no concern.The store is also in disarray and finding help was a task. A frequent customer helped me to the things I needed.Terrible experience. Cannot recommend.

Horrible service rented equipment and twice it didn’t work second time they made me waste my time from another site to go because the we’re refusing to exchange the tool. Making me waste a whole crew time waiting on equipment and made me drive and 45 to be able to get the tool. The service was horrible!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a home depot rental department they rented me a machine. I brought it back and looked exactly like it did in the picture when I rented it and they charged me $200 and I needed to go pressure, wash it and we're totally rude didn't care about anything. Was having issues with my pro purpose on my phone. And they told me nobody gets pro perks on Reynolds. Basically go away, pay the bill and go away. Not very happy for somebody to spend a lot of money at home, depot.

This is actually insane... ordered a new dishwasher paid for in home set up these f***kers didn't hook anything up correctly. I run the dishwasher for the first time and it's leaking everywhere. Home Depot says they can't make it out until 5 days later to fix it. Well earlier this morning I heard water gushing out from under my kitchen sink. Soaked absolutely everything thank goodness I was home in order to shut off the water. But again this is insane are these people actually trained to install this stuff or would I be better off watching a YouTube video.

I cannot recommend this location. Honestly you are better off ordering online and picking up in store as they consistently have things up in their rafter, in the truck behind the warehouse or shrinkage.

I truly have enjoyed the staff at the store. However, the illegal immigration issue is way too much. My wife went there yesterday. It was literally attacked by them and was told to stay away. She will not go back to that store. I went today I couldn't even unload my car. They were all over my car taking stuff from my car putting into my truck. It is a very scary situation. I understand the problem but they need to address it with police as do other businesses. I talk to the staff and there's nothing they can do they say. Home Depot needs a plan. If not, I will switch to Lowe's

Don't waste your time and DON'T EVER COME SHORT ON DEPOSIT TOO RENT A TRUCK. I tried to rent a truck from there last Friday 07/21/2023 I was $20 short for the deposit of $150 when I went to swipe I only had $130 in my account card machine said payment declined insufficient funds. I just had too load the rest onto the card at nearby Walmart and come back. I did that and came back (45 minutes later) you'd think my money would be on the card still since I was declined from renting due to insufficient funds No Home Depot went ahead and took the $130 from my account was told at first would be 24 hours to 3-5 business days now today 07/28/2023 being the 5th business day I was told to come in too speak too manager in person and to show up ready with my bank statement. Well upon doing that I was rudely met with a biased very unconcerned vague answered person they called manager whom showed up 20 minutes later with a cop?? who informed me since the rental was not in there system due to the payment being declined but yet still taking all the money I had in the account.?? That was not there problem. Seeming like I didn't even have an argument as I tried to show my bank statement this was point P.O.S finally got irritated and said home Depot doesn't honor personal bank statements as proof that home Depot debited my card they only honor whatever's in there system and if needed further assistance to call 1800 HOME DEPOT and my bank. if the bank still says that the funds are still with HOME DEPOT then I was to have my bank get ahold of the HOME DEPOT financial department in Georgia. The manager then gleed with delight as he lastly said before walking off proud that he saved the company money, that HOME DEPOT can't give money that they don't have.

Worst customer service. Sent me out with a dirty aerator still filled with sod plugs and then had the balls to charge me a cleaning fee when I brought it back cleaner than I got it. Avoid this tool rental department at all costs.

The website says items are on the shelf... expect less!!! I've been working on a project for a month and I kept coming to this store believing the internet and I've ALWAYS had to go to another HD to get what I need. Hey, Home Depot, restock your shelves, slackers.

Rented a Home Depot truck (39th & Quebec, Denver) thru an employee named Michelle about a week ago to move a king sized mattress to a donation center. Michelle was unbelievably patient as we realized one of us didn't take their driver's license for the rental, the other's license was expiring this month and neither of us had a copy of our current auto insurance cards with us! Her pleasant demeanor and helpfulness never wavered as we made these discoveries one by one. I think we actually wasted more of her time trying to get out the door than we did then retrieving and delivering the mattress. Thank you Michelle (And we are again sorry)

The people in flooring are super lazy. Was looking for a flooring color in a specific width, they only had a honey on the floor. I asked the workers to pull a pallet down so I can grab the color I needed and they swore up and down they didn't have it. Lady and gentleman gave me attitude. Went and asked someone in a different department to grab it and I was out the store with the color and width flooring I needed within ten minutes. Tremendous customer service.

Zero customer service. I had to order my appliances online because I couldn't get help in the store. After figuring out the forgot to connect my water line to the dryer the delivery folks said they're going to send someone out on Friday, it's Monday. There is nothing I can do as a consumer but take it, accept the failure of business to provide even the slightest concern for the consumer.
