I bought a house 2 hours outside of Denver. It needed paint so I stocked up on everything I thought I needed.It took 3 days and 3 phone calls {2 0f which they hung up when they said they'd be right back) a couple of hours with their ridiculous text help line before they finally fulfilled the order. Being new at this, I checked the receipt and it was all correct.3 days later I made the drive to the house with my helpers opened the paint ant it wasn't blue like I ordered and like the receipt stated, it was hospital white. So that's the color of my living room. Stay the fleck away from this store.

Ordered a fan online. Got a notice it was able to be picked up at Curbside pickup. Spent 45 minutes trying to get the app to work which it didn't. Tried a calling, on hold for 39 minutes, gave up. Tried another day, the app still wouldn't work so I went in. The person at the counter told me it hasn't worked in months, but no sign saying so of course. Got my box and left. Inside the box I only got 3 or the 4 things I ordered and I didn't need the first 3 if I didn't have the 4th. Texted customer support, they wouldn't send me the 4th item. Third time going to the store this afternoon as customer service found the other part that I wasn't given. I will NEVER shop here again. Other than the last person I talked to they were all inept. Close your doors and go out of business. This is no way to run a company..

6/15/2023. Shopping for grass seed at the South Santa Fe Drive, Denver location - they have Scott's seed, 10 lb bag tagged on the box for $34.97 ("was $44.97"), but when I checked out, the bar code on the bag of seed came up $44.97. They would not honor the new price and did nothing to modify the tag on the box.

Tool rental is a joke. Call ahead to make sure they have scaffolding. 20 minute hold and they do. Here I am standing in line at tool rental for 25 minutes for the guys to tell me he's not sure if it's the right cross braces or not. But I can pay for it take it and find out. Is this a joke? And he can't call anyone to find out? Paging the manager for 15 minutes and they never show up. Un real you would suggest I find out after you take my money and put my life at risk. Shame on you. And still no manager. Go to customer service and they page the manager with no luck either. What a joke

we had carpet installed on 9-14 that we purchased through home depot. The contract out to HOM solutions. We had damage to a faucet, walls, staircase and many door frames.. HOM solutions is horrible to work with. They want you to get 3 estimates for any repairs and then they might approve them. You will never call and get a live person. When you leave a voicemail it is at least a day or two for a response. Emailing is worse, they have taken up to a week to email us back and then only because we follow up with them. They expect you to do all the leg work to get damage repaired that was caused by their contractor. It has been 4 weeks since our carpet was installed and not 1 repair has been made. They are full of endless excuses and blame Home Depot, Home Depot blames HOM solutions. Yes, carpet installation is free with purchase, but you get what you pay for and I would definately recommend you research a more reliable company. I would NEVER have them do any type of work in my home again.. The customer service is less than 0 out of 10. Take your business elsewhere.

You have got to be kidding me. I drove all the way across town to grab 8 tongue & groove boards I needed to finish a project. Their website says they had 290 in stock. TWO HUNDRED and NINTY. They had... ZERO. Not a single one. The two employees who tried to help me in the lumber area even commented that their inventory system was 'totally messed up'. The store was messy, with trash strone about where items were unboxed and stocked. Just a poor;y run store from what I could tell.

Staff is incredibly unhelpful. You have to interrupt a conversation amongst each other just to ask a question. Don't go here unless you know where everything is.

An employee at this store, Natalia, scanned one of my items twice during check out. When she handed me the receipt, I immediately informed her of this. She told me to go to customer service to get a refund. They refused to refund me. I hadn't even left the store yet. I walked back towards Natalia at the registers to let her know that they weren't refunding me. She saw me coming, made eye contact and RAN AND HID FROM ME! I went back to customer service and they told me to call the store tomorrow to get it refunded. I spoke with a manager and he even gave me his card. I called the next day and they told me they couldn't help and I had to physically come back into the store. I am unable to come back in and also I was already in the store and they did nothing. Also, when I called them they put me on hold multiple times for periods of longer than 30 minutes or dropped the call. I have filed a report with corporate, the FTC, the BBB, my bank, and I am now filing a police report. They stole this money from me. What they did was illegal and they know it, which is probably why they are dodging my calls. STAY AWAY from this place at all costs. This store needs to be shut down. I have now wasted over 6 hours of my time filing these reports and trying to make contact with someone. Ridiculous.

Today I came into Home Depot quite nervous, I had to install a tow hitch to my car myself & I have zero experience with tools or cars. I asked an employee named Johnny for help on what tools I would need, & he seriously went more out of the way for me than any employee at any business in my entire life. This man made me feel so comfortable doing this process myself, he expressed patience & knowledge, & most importantly kindness. I had to give him a hug for helping me face this obstacle with confidence & a smile on my face. I hope one day I run into him again, the world needs more employees like Johnny. He has a beautiful brain & a beautiful heart & he is how I will think of Home Depot in general for the rest of my life. Make Johnny the face of the company !

Reserved a tree trimmer from the rental department online. Arrived on time to pick it up only to find out it was returned broken by the previous renter and was never updated in the system. So a wasted trip and no way to do my planned project.
