“Pro Auto Care is a top-notch operation. They have a clean and professionally run organization that can take care of anything. I've seen their Tesla so I know that they're great with electric vehicles too. I highly recommend PAC to anyone looking for a professional job at a reasonable price.”

“This is my first time having my car shipped and was really worried. Once my car was assigned a driver, I had a great experience. Communication was great and my car arrived safely. The driver, Ahmed, was super nice and friendly. He let me know his estimated time of arrival. Overall, great experience!”

“The mechanics here are the best. They worked on my 87 Buick and got her running back to normal after the car sat for over five years. Roman did a great job keeping me updated on the progress made by calling and texting when the mechanics made their diagnostics.”

“Ive been coming here for the past few years now. It started when I went in for flat tire issues and was surprised that they fixed my flats for free instead of upselling me new ones. I knew this would be id come when id need a mechanic. This past time was more serious of routine maintenance and at first I didnt feel like my car was feeling great but Matthias checked with me and he sensed my hesitation and insisted I bring it back so that I wouldn't feel unsure. Well sure enough they fixed my problem on another visit and didnt charge extra. Im grateful that they follow up with you and send you reminders. They take photos of the problem alongside the cost of parts and labor so that you are well informed before any work is started. They've been around because ppl like me appreciate how they do the work they do. Thanks.”

“Shane quickly responded to my lockout location, got me into my car and boosted the battery. I was then on my way without further delay. I was in a tough spot with a dead battery and no working keyfob or emergency key. I hope to never be in a situation like this, but I'm enormously grateful that help was there when needed. Thank you!”

“I have nothing bad to say about this company. It was just bad timing & a slip up why my car got towed when it did. Overall the guy that did our paperwork was extremely helpful & kind. He made it very easy on us. We were already uptight about my car being towed but the guy was nice & got us out of there quickly. It’s never fun to get your car towed but it makes it easier when the people you’re dealing with have good, positive attitudes.”

“Very big thank you to Manuel and family. We have been dealing with Manuel and El Dorado for years since my sister was a student at Regis.

They helped me with affordable repairs done right. In several instances they have helped friends and family members in tight spots get their vehicles sold for really good prices after their cars broke down/had total damages from car accidents. For another friend they not only towed the car at no charge, they offered him cash for the car on the spot and also helped him connect with someone who was looking to sell their vehicle that they know. My friend had a new car shortly after an unfortunate accident because of their help and for that I share the utmost gratitude.

These guys are professional and offer genuine kindness for their customers. It's best to visit the shop in person as they are always out on the road towing and helping people in similar situations navigate what to do.

If repairs are taking a long time, speak to them, often times they go out to every local junkyard to find the part you need for a fraction of the cost to you. If you have urgency in getting it fixed with brand new store bought parts that are more costly, all you need to do is let them know that.

11/10. Local Heroes.”

“This is usually the place I go to fix flat tires. The thing I like most is that they are one of the few tire shops open on Sunday. This is how I actually found them.”

“Like this storage facility. Like it units being inside. Like the check in & check out with the card given to you. Like the cameras & the security provided. I like if you didn't put your lock on right they know & will secure your unit immediately & show you what was done wrong. A nice clean facility.”

“I have been to many auto body shops but by far this one is the best I have experienced! They kept me in the loop with the steps and how they will proceed with repairs. They even helped me with my headlamps! They finished earlier in the day which helped with my later plans for a Friday! My car was an ok shape when I dropped off meaning dirty in and out. They polished her up in and out plus took great care of her! I mean my car looks new versus used!”

“U-Haul has problems sometimes, but my U-Box experience was flawless, especially on the Denver warehouse's end. Alexandrea and the rest of the warehouse crew were all courteous, helpful, and prompt. Literally could not ask for better staff. All in all, I got a small apartment worth of stuff (including a fragile old china/curio cabinet) from NJ to CO, safely and conveniently, for ~$1500 total. Estimates for other options ranged from $2500 to $4500.This includes having the box dropped at a house in NJ, picked up a few days later, arriving in Denver in about one week, and then making several trips to the Denver warehouse to unload. (They have multiple options for delivery but for my situation it was easiest to just go to the warehouse.)A couple suggestions if you are thinking about using a U-Box:1. If you have a tight deadline for the container to arrive, you may be playing with fire, as the transit time likely varies. I didn't have a pressing need for anything in the box (I can live without a china cabinet for an extra week), so that removed a lot of stress/uncertainty.2. When packing the box, consider that it is going to get fork-lifted multiple times. If you've seen a professional operate a fork-lift, you have a sense of the kind of acceleration your load will experience. There are tiedown points all over the inside of the box, so use them. Follow the loading instructions or ask someone who knows before you close up your box for shipping.3. Get a combination padlock for the box so that keys don't have to be shipped cross-country too.So basically if you load properly and don't have to stress about transit times, U-Box is a great option. And once it gets to the Denver warehouse it is in very good hands.”
