“Without exaggeration .. The best company I have seen in my life .. Nice and professionals in their work .. they Help new drivers and ensure their success .. they Listen to the suffering of their staff and work hard to help them and find solutions to keep the smile on the faces of drivers and employees .. very nice staff Especially Mr. Stu and Stephanie . I failed the vision test. My left eye is weak and I did not have the money to buy glasses (250) dollars so I asked them to give me some time .. The next day I received a phone call and Email from the company to come to the office as soon as possible !!! I was like why I got worried ? When I arrived they had left me an envelope with the money to buy the glasses. God knows I am not the only one that they helped .they buy us pizza, food , juices and soda always. I spent happy times with them ... All the love, respect and appreciation for this wonderful company and wish them success.”

“Terrible customer service reps. Took 48 hrs to get from Phoenix to Denver because of greyhound repeated screw-ups. Took us to Amirillo to catch a bus that didn't exist. Spent the night on Albuquerque station floor with no compensation or food. Greyhound stole 28 hrs of my life I won't get back and they don't care. Never ride again. Don't reccomend. Walking is faster and less stress. Terrible organization. Run by fools”

“Linn Star Transfer has delivered two different appliances to our home in the past two years and they've always been super professional and respectful of property and people. The last crew - Hector and Jorge - were super great. They both wore masks that covered both nose and mouth and kept socially distanced. The appliance was delivered in perfect condition.I would like to add - Linn Star's phone number doesn't seem to work. I don't know if they just don't have a forwarding system set up or it's something else but I could see this reflecting poorly on the crew and staff there. However, I did leave a voice message and a Jennifer got back to me promptly the following morning.”

“If I could give Sergio and his team 10 stars I would. I was in a situation where another customs broker dropped the ball on 2 of my containers from overseas. They couldn't get the containers to clear customs for 3 weeks with no solution in sights and blamed me for everything with no urgency to help my business. I was being charged thousands of dollars in demurrage fees and began to panic. I made a hail mary call and called Aequus at 9pm at night and Sergio picked up in 2 rings. He was sympathetic and appalled by how I was being treated by the previous customs broker and told me he would take my case personally. Within a few days both containers were cleared. Sergio answer every call and question I had. He made no hesitation to call CBP or the FDA to push things along. He truly made me feel like he worked for my business and took getting my container cleared personally. The pricing for his help was so reasonable. So glad I was able to find Aequus as I am positive my containers would have had to been returned overseas if I did not find them.”
