“Our Eames chair and ottoman were shipped from Denver to Boston. Chris, the manager at the UPS store, found the least expensive way to ship the pieces with the right amount of TLC in transit. Chris packed everything and used the freight arm of UPS called TForce for shipping. Their communication was great, and they arranged a delivery window that worked for the recipients. They broke down the small pallet and brought the items inside. The chair and ottoman were in perfect condition.
We had a terrific experience, and loudly endorse Chris and the UPS store on Colorado Blvd for any shipping needs!”

“I was curious to see why this location had so many one-star reviews but they do appear to be 5-8 years ago, and most of them are related to Insurance problems or lost items which might be outside of the store's purview, it might not. Something that always keep in mind when you're shipping with any carrier and dropping off at a location that isn't necessarily owned by that carrier: if you buy insurance and it's scanned, then insurance is active and you don't need to deal with the store level for the claim, that would be UPS Corporate in this case. So get it scanned and get a receipt for the scan. The purpose of my visit today was to drop off an Amazon return for which I already had a label , so I just needed to see them scan it. You can also use the self-service Kiosk for this purpose and then it's digitally recorded in the system without an employee being involved.
My visit was smooth and I had no issues, other than the parking lot is ridiculously busy and it's got a bunch of people buzzing around for a parking spot every moment of every hour. And of course that's not the fault of the shop if they happen to be in a hot location, kudos to them actually for being in the center of a buzzing business zone.”

“They have the best customer service of any FedEx location I have ever seen. Almost every time when I drop off a box besides their self serving kiosk, they have at least four different people that are ready to help as soon as possible. Unlike other locations for our Denver, this location is the best by far very efficient. I rarely spend more than five minutes finishing my task at at any time I’ve been there. Highly recommend this office. They are amazing and wonderful Customer Service.”

“A+++++. Great printing and excellent communication. I work for a company with 20 entities, and we used to print at Kinko’s—but that process was extremely frustrating, as it was nearly impossible to reach a human on the phone.
At Rocket Pack & Ship, we’ve been printing a wide variety of projects every week for over a year, and we have never had to send anything back for a redo. We often have last-minute needs, and Jake always gone above and beyond to help. In particular, Nate once stayed late to machine-fold a project for us so it looked exceptionally polished.

“Huge shoutout to Mathew, who somehow turned what I thought was a printing impossibility into a finished job faster than I could figure out my backup plan.
From the moment I called, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. He listened to what I needed, and made the whole process feel easy. What really impressed me was how quickly he managed to get everything printed, especially when I was convinced there was no way it could be done in that amount of time. I was expecting a minimum of 20 hours, he told me 15 minutes, but he lied, he had it done in 7.
Mathew has that rare combination of actually knowing what he’s doing and being genuinely pleasant while doing it. Excellent customer service, great communication, and apparently a little bit of printing magic.
