I had a really great experience with the support that I received from Tree Ring Digital staff (especially Deven). I had struggled with some issues with my Google Workspace email for quite some time. I needed a professional to help me with this, and finally got referred to Paige with Tree Ring Digital after 2 other people were unable to help. I am SO GLAD because she resolved my issues quickly and efficiently. I am grateful for these great services and a team who knows all of the tech stuff that is NOT my area of expertise. Tree Ring's team has been extraordinary in cleaning up a mess of a website that had been built by a contractor, their process and professionalism in offering solutions and explanations for how to handle the issues went well beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend them from a service perspective and a technical perspective as well.

Paige and the Team at Tree Ring were really great. For someone who is not tech savvy they were very patient and never got frustrated with some of my questions. The website turned out great and they made it very user friendly which was a plus for us and our tenants. Would definitely recommend!!

I looked to Tree Ring, the professionals, for assistance, guidance, and most importantly, communication and clarity. Unfortunately, the lack of, consequently put us in a mess of a situation. The original quote was misrepresented; frankly it felt like a hook, line, and sinker scenario. After directly addressing our concerns, Tree Ring offered no solution or common ground. Our experience has led us to lose trust and confidence resulting in making the negative experience incurable. Comparing other companies, Tree Ring is by far more expensive but lacks quality & professionalism.
