Place over charges and try’s to send you to collections got charged 3 times had to close my credit card after the last charge of 500.00 for going only 10 miles trucks don’t run very well either

Do not rent from here! Owner is never actually at business and you won’t be able to get your rental. Absolutely terrible place. Giant pit pull behind counter too, very aggressive

Extremely sketchy. Make sure to check what they are charging you for. Tried to overcharge me and I waited almost 15 minutes for someone to get me the keys the gas was not filled up and they tried to charge me for that. Good luck.

Showed up at 12:00 noon on Wednesday the 16th for a "contactless" uhaul pickup. Went through the online pickup portion, found my vehicle, confirmed everything and got charged. Then it says I have to go inside to the counter to get my keys (it does not give me the option to retrieve them from the lockbox outside) They are locked up with their windows completely covered and a printed sign saying they'll be in to open at 5pm, along with another printed sign that says "we're open, the doors may be locked, just knock and we'll let you in" so I tried pounding on their door (I scare people with how loud I knock) multiple times and waited for nearly ten minutes to no avail. The online check in process had a "click here if you're having problems getting your keys" but that only brought up a pop up that said "go back to the beginning to try getting your keys again" which then brought you back to the page saying to go inside to get your keys. The parking lot has one entrance and one exit along with a total of two spots not taken up by vehicles that surely have not been in running condition in my 30+ years of life. Those spots were blocked by the presence of a truck and flatbed toe hauler attached to said truck that took the entirety of the length of the building and then stuck out further into the parking lot. Obviously mismanaged or just flat unrun.
