This location was clean, accessible right off Alameda. The truck was clean and ready. The staff guy answered my questions and helped me get their security padlock off the truck before I left. No problems encountered.

Been here several times and every time they’re great. Came in with a car that didn’t have a wiring kit trying to rent a trailer. They had a wiring kit on in less than an hour and were super helpful. Thanks to Shawn A. And Austin for the help!

Gavin is a good guy, helped me figure out my trailer wiring harness needed replaced then helped me find the right part. Showed me that it would be easy to install myself and saved me time and money.

I got a very bad experience returning the trailer that I rent to this place. I returned the trailer on time and the guy name Shawn received from me, I told him that I was not able to fill the return form through my phone and he told me that he will do it through the store computer. Apparently he didn’t he did it the next day that now Uhaul is charging me another day over charges for not returning the trailer on time. I trusted this guy I took pictures of the return of the trailer and the location so that way I can have records that I did return the trailer on time. As a business owner myself you have to be responsible to bring and give good customer service to your clients because is about relationships not about money. Is ashamed that I got bad experience with this location. Bad,bad,bad!!!! Now I’m in dispute to get my money back because this guy Shawn was not responsible enough to do good business.

Austin was very helpful and kind during my time picking up a trailer! He was working all by himself and seemed very busy yet he did not let that phase him and was extremely kind! The whole process went smooth. This is a great uhaul location and Austin was great to work with!

This owner is a pice of work.
Rented a uhaul and auto transport $2685.00
On August 15th 2024.
Gavin, the owner. Send me on my way to with a broken unsafe wrong size Tires on my auto transport, creating my transport. 2 smoke and burned the rubber off. These tires not only that, the license plate is expired. Since 2021 of October and I'm driving across 5 states with expired auto transport. That's been in a wreck, that is not straight. And wrong size tires in rims, and now they don't want to make it right. They want to send me across 5 states with a broken U. Haul trailer show up at U-Haul. U-Haul is now telling me it's gonna be hours before I could have a transport that works until I pointed out that the license plate is expired and now they're giving me grief because I want a new auto transport to go across the states. I have now missed my timeline. I have missed my opportunities to be on time, and now it's costing me more money convenience u. Haul, trash u haulers, trash. Customer satisfaction is -5 I paid for uhauls Convenience of safety in road worthy vehicles... I feel that I am owed money back for all this Inconvenience that could have been prevented by doing their job right and not just worrying about making a quick dollar. Put my safety at risk.And other people's safety at risk

Gavin and his team were great! Not only were super helpful, but the check out and check back in process was super easy.
I have had multiple major problems with the location on lower Colfax and I thought it was just U-haul. I was wrong. Do yourself a favor and ALWAYS go see Gavin and his team on Alameda. They will treat you right!!! I can’t remember the name of the kind woman who greeted me, but she was super nice! And my check out guy was amazing too! (Sorry for forgetting names, it’s been a long week).

This location was absolutely the best service I've ever had so far in colorado. And the cargo was literally like brand new. I made sure to keep everything as clean as possible just because it was in such good shape. And 9am it opened on time with really friendly guys willing to help out anyone that walked through the door, plus they are recycle friendly/enthusiasts! yay for more environmentally conscious folks!

Whoever Gavin is to this U-Haul location needs a class in customer service. I went in and was told to check in online. When I asked for his help to speed things along he refused and referred me to the app. When the app shut down and made me start over again I asked him for assistance and he referred me to the app. Finally figured out this new check in process that is very complicated and very difficult to navigate. Stress was added despite being a benefit. A failure. However Gavin is unfriendly, Lazy and lacks customer service skills. Awful service. Will not be returning to this location as long as Gavin is there. The entire experience was awful.

Efficient, friendly, helpful. No issues. Everyone did what they said they would do in a timely manner. No issues with vehicle. The move was easy thanks to them.
