Worst people on the planet to work with! Made an appointment for trailer wiring for 7am told it would take an hour and a half. I arrived 2 days later at 7am. The same guy there that told me an hour and a half tells me it might be ready by 4pm 9 hours! He expected me to wait there 9 hours for my car. Stay away from this place!

Dakota provided amazing customer service! He was very friendly, he answered all of our questions in full and made sure every little detail was perfect! Very happy with the size of this location, they had great rentals that are very clean!

Pathetic excuse for a business. I drove my friend there for an 8AM pickup of a moving truck and we were given the code to open the lock box which contained nothing but musty air. Pretty sure I contracted smallpox from breathing it in.
So now we are basically walking around a bootleg junkyard listening to a camera tell us "Hi! You are being recorded" while we try to figure out where the hell our key is supposed to be.
Anyway, nobody answered the phone, nobody answered the banging on the door, and we ended up having to do the move without a U-Haul.
If you are doing a super fun happy move that involves no stress and you're able to just throw away planned hours of your life, I highly recommend this business!

Awesome experience. The employees were so helpful. I’ve been to a lot of U-Haul locations and you typically expect for someone to be cranky and too busy to help.
Was pleasantly surprised, and glad my PODS were shipped to this location.

Very rude and unprofessional.
Representative was awful and hung up on me. They keep delaying my UBOXES shipment and they assume zero responsibility for the delay. The supervisor seemed uptight and as if he hated his job there. No wonder the ratings here are subpar. Don’t use this awful place for your future reservations.
Christine the representative who works there yelled at the back when I was speaking to her supervisor- “ this customer is SO ANNOYING “
What an unprofessional crew. They seem to really hate their job!

Had a reservation for a 5x8 trailer to move out of state tomorrow. They are just now calling me to tell me no trailers are available and I have to drive way up to Greeley to get one, an extra 80 miles. No discount offered besides an extra day. They purposely did this seeing I needed it for out of state. What a shady company. I will never use uhaul again for anything.

Lied about not having propane. The ladies just didn't want to pump while it was raining. Their stock literally says they have 626 gallons on hand. Was here yesterday afternoon and there was over 700 gallons on hand. Your two lady employees don't want to work, FYI. Why even pay them?
I will give Mr. Parker a 5 star review. He is an amazing asset to your company.
