Dropped my Honda pilot off to have a tow hitch installed. Alfredo called me a couple hours later to let me know that there was one part that was difficult to remove in order to do the work needed and that they didn’t have the tool in order to do it.
He immediately apologized and called various U-haul locations in the area to see who had the tool needed. He then proactively scheduled an appointment for the next day and provided a $100 gift card for the troubles. Really appreciate the help Alfredo!

They have clean and sound they go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience they're honest as the day is long and more than accommodating reasonably priced and not afraid to give you a kickdown if you're going to rent anywhere rent there I rented on a regular basis they've never said no

My U-Haul experience at this location was great! Alfredo was awesome; he was working by himself, yet he was able to answer all my questions and my truck was pickup ready when I arrived. There was nothing that could have been added to make my experience better and I will definitely return should I need another rental truck - thank you!

Ivan and the team did a great job with assisting me. It was snowing and very cold when we came in to have a trailer connected, and the guys were undeterred. They hitched my trailer and secured my vehicle. Great customer service!

While using the mobile app to get the truck, a vehicle was not assigned to my reservation at the pickup time. I had to wait until the store opening time to get it. It was cold outside and I didn't have a car. It was unpleasant and delayed my move. The guy who opened the store was very nice though.
