I had them fix my Samsung phone screen and they did a good job and provide a good service. Their prices seemed to be inline with other repair stores.

I have a broken phone, I came in on Saturday and they said they didn't have the parts and to come back Tuesday. Ok no problem. I came back Tuesday, they said they still didn't have them, they'd order them, come back Thursday. Ok... I come back Thursday, they say actually no one ordered the parts, come back Friday. No thank you, I'll go somewhere else.No idea about the quality of their repairs, but only attempt using them at all if you can verify before you arrive that the parts are there that day. Hard to do though if your phone is broken...

Absolutely worst service and unprofessional staff that runs Cherry Creek location. They repaired my xBox USB port, shortly after the repair failed, I brought it back in. They had it for 2 months and no one would give me a straight answer on status of the device. At one point they moved the device to another location for repair. When I asked a staff member if they could give a status on the device, he told me to figure it out myself and hung up on me. Don’t take your repairs here.

I wish I got the name of the young guys that fixed my phone! Both of them were so very nice and helpful! 1 hour later and my phone glitching and black screen problems on my Google pixel pro 7 were gone!

I have kids that destroy nice things! Accidental iPad drops happen, so do broken screens! We’ve had to have ours fixed at least three times this year! Historically I have taken the iPad to another location to have it fixed with terrible results. The staff, service, and end result of the repair at this ubreakifix location is amazing. Polite, helpful and timely! They are the best!

Zero star experience. 5 trips to store for an ipad screen repair.that is parking in CC x5.Did not fix ipad despite 4 phone calls (from me to them) at each juncture, they assured me "it was fixed".There is zero quality control at this place.I live close, which is why I went here. Will never visit again.

The people at this shop wouldn't even look at the device I brought in for repair. Even though I had set up an appointment days in advance with assurances from Samsung, I was told by one of the techs that they didn't have the "testing equipment" to do it. The guy saying that to me was distracted by his phone. They both seemed genuinely annoyed that I was asking for their services.Either Samsung is sending people into this store for repairs the store can't make, or these employees simply turn away anyone with a repair they don't feel like making. My money is on the latter.I should note that I have been to multiple uBreakiFix stores in this area over the past several years and none of them have ever been able to help me with anything, even something as simple as a battery replacement (a repair most people with no experience can do at home). In this case it was a slightly more involved repair, since I had brought in a pair of earbuds. I honestly don't know what I was expecting but this experience was somehow worse.Avoid this chain at all costs. At this point, I'm pretty sure they would only make things worse even if they agreed to do a repair. There's a good reason they have an 'F' rating from Better Business Bureau.

Arrive for scheduled appointment for screen protector replacement. Told no tech was in. They called multiple stores and either there was no tech or they didn't have the parts. Wasted a day taking off for the appointment. Samsung needs to do better with contracting out their repair services.

The folks at the shop were very nice and super accommodating. Called in first to make sure they had the screen for my phone since I set up the claim for repair just minutes before. They had it and got it done within an hour and a half. Phone looks brand new and they even applied the screen protector I brought with me. Thanks sooooo much guys!

This specific uBreakiFix store is run by incredible staff. Their attention to detail and communication with customers is S tier.I am having a horrific experience with Samsung specifically, who uses uBreakiFix as a repair vendor. Their inability to deliver parts to these stores has made my repair experience miserable.But the staff is the doing the most to help me with my repair. I didn't even have a ticket or request, and they still called me to let me know that a part, which I need, has been restocked, and that they would hold the part for me.That is important to me because Samsung is unable to provide parts for my other warranty process that I have to go through (because Samsung can't deliver end-to-end warranty care for some unknown reason). So I would have had to finish one warranty claim and then WAIT FOR PARTS for a second one.Thankfully the staff here helpful along the process, given Samsung's abject failure.I will continue using this store for my repair needs.

Brought in a 360 with a broken button, and an xbox1 that had a faulty disc reader. They repaired the Xbox1 for $147, and said they couldn't help with the 360(Took the 360 to a nearby Phones& More repair shop off Colfax & York, they fixed it easily for under $100 & also cleaned it. Great shop!).When I tried to turn on my Xbox1 after receiving it back, it would not turn on. It had no problems with its power cord before so I brought it back in, and they said they couldn't help me and that I must've fried the cord. Which makes no sense given it was sitting on a shelf while they had the console. They showed me their power cord worked with it, and that was all they could do. Overall given the part they replaced is $30, and the assistance I received was less than optimal, I won't be returning and will instead continue going to the Phones&More.
