I love Ulta! I am not a shopper. I like to get in and get out. This place is ideal for all things beauty. I've been color-matched plenty of times so it's easy for me to go in and grab exactly what I need. I also love that they have your favorite products in travel sizes. I throw them into my dopp bag (leaving them sealed because we know what happens when at 32,000 feet) and when I arrive at my destination, I have the mini set-up of my daily hygiene routine.

Needed a haircut of my choice. Ended up trimming my hair under the name of their “signature haircut”. I appreciate my stylist for taking time to blow dry my hair, but I wish she listened to me for what I really wanted.

Great customer service! I had no less than 4 ladies ask me if they could help me. I was there getting my hair cut by Mandie. She's very good at her job, very friendly.update: months later, returned for a trim and once again had awesome customer service. I really like this place!!!

This store is absolutely incredible! You can feel the energy and good vibes. I can’t say anything bad. The eyebrow artist spends her time with you and is fabulous. Shay I could go on for hours…she’s not only the most talented hairdresser I’ve ever had but an incredible human being. Even though I have moved from this location I still will drive in traffic just to see Shay! My hair is always phenomenal and I get tons of compliments!! Thank you for being such a warm and welcoming store.

Booked an appointment online and was called within 10 minutes. No voicemail or anything. Ally informs me that they are unable to get me in and NO ONE could help me. If you are unable to provide a service take it off the ability to book online. Just poor customer service.
