Very friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. Only open weekdays. But that fits my schedule.

I had an appointment with Deb Machado, CNM. She was great! I love how she explained everything to me, she made me feel comfortable. And also, the front desk were super friendly, and explained everything that I was signing. If you're looking for a gynecologist clinic/spot, I highly recommend this place.

Phone answering options traps callers forcing callers to have to shut down phones and reboot to get rid of answering options. Likewise, the medical care also sucks! Not recommended!

Best pharmacy ever! The pharmacists and staff are so kind and efficient and handle urgent, routine, refills, expired prescriptions, calling physicians for clarifications, etc. It is amazing to have such great customer service in 2021 when a lot of of consumers are complaining about closed pharmacies, a lack of enough pharmacists, not knowing where to go to get their prescriptions filled and on and on. I hope the UCHealth Lowry Pharmacy gets the word out to the public that they are 100% fully staffed, they have regular hours (but they are closed after 5 pm as of now and are closed on Saturday/Sunday), they will ship your prescriptions to your house at no additional charge and overall it's just the best experience when you have pharmaceutical needs. 100% amazing!

I recall at some time in the past receiving the suggestion that university-run facilities offer higher quality, state of the art care. I am now thoroughly disabused of that idea. I needed to choose a PCP for my new insurance, and so I waited 5 months to get an appointment because of the above belief. It was just the standard, annual wellness check-up, and there was nothing particular I was working on. The Dr. I was assigned to was a resident. There was no pre-notification that this was going to be the case. When I got the blood tests, no one had instructed me to fast, or even asked if I was fasting, and I had forgotten that I needed to. My bad? I don't want to go too far into the weeds, but with minimal reasoning (a single statistical cardiac risk assessment calculator performed without asking about nor suggesting lifestyle changes) I was recommended to take statins. I questioned the recommendation, for many reasons including the fact that comparing the general high sugar and processed food-eating US population to me, who avoids those foods, among other lifestyle differences made no sense. I asked how I might change my lifestyle to minimize risk. I pointed out that the average increase in life expectancy with statins is only 3-4 days (look up PMC4917787 on the NIH site) and factors relating to increase in diabetes reduced immune function in addition to the common well-known side effects like fatigue and muscle pain from statins. I could go on, but I won't. I realize that this is an oversimplification; there is a lot more complexity, and certainly there are counterarguments that could be made. (Check out the book Metabolical by Robert Lustig, if you want the deeper story.) They made another appointment for me with another resident who would not engage in conversation, even to factually discuss what I was saying, or to then ask me about my lifestyle and offer suggestions. He only could point again to the superficial risk assessment on the screen as if it had all the answers. UCH has doctors treating real patients with potentially life-threatening conditions who do not seem to understand anything but the simplest formulas proffered by drug companies. In my mind this borders on malpractice, but I guess I was reminded that this is just Western pharmaceutical company financed medicine in action, and it should not be surprising at all.

I have been hesitant to review this Pharmacy because it’s so good (thanks to the people working there). I’ve never had such good service and support from a pharmacy. It’s not just me though, they provide that same care to all their patients. Amazing people!

The staff at Lowry pharmacy are outstanding! They are very welcoming and knowledgeable and have my prescription ready in 10 minutes or less while I wait to pick up, and delivery is very efficient in timing too!Excellent pharmacy in all ways!

This is where I see my PCP a couple of times a year, including the annual physical exam. I have had no issues with my doctor's appointments so far. The clinic is clean and well maintained. There is a lab that fulfils blood work orders and an imaging lab as well. And there is a pharmacy on-site too if you prefer to save a trip to pick up your prescribed medication. One drawback is that the wait can be long at times (despite having an appointment and having arrived on time); the providers are often behind schedule. This clinic is part of a hospital system, so the expectation on the bills should be adjusted "accordingly".

This is my dad's primary care clinic. In the past they've been pretty good, sometimes outstanding. However, he has been trying to get a RX updated since July 1, 2022. It's Sept 14. The series of unreturned calls and messages is too long and boring to list. He was promised a return call yesterday, rearranged his whole day. Nothing. It's a blatant level of disrespect and I think because he's old and vulnerable he's being ignored. So we will be going over there in about an hour and not leaving until someone comes out to talk to us. Followed by calls to his senator and Channel 9. I don't know what else to do. I normally like to resolve a problem with a business before blasting them online but they've left me no choice, and I think the online reviews are the only thing they actually fear. See my F on Health Grades as well.As to the response below, I left a message with the patient advocate department before posting this so I'm sure they will hear it when they check voicemail and I look forward to talking with them and the clinic manager.

I'm not a direct client/customer/patient. Just came here with someone. With that said, this facility seems very nice. The patient check-in is on the first floor. As soon as you enter, there's a door to the right where you walk in and check in (Room 120). The facility has free hand sanitizing stations, has AC to keep you cool, the staff at reception were really nice and pleasant, there's plenty of chairs and couches to sit and wait. UCHealth id a great healthcare provider in general, and this facility seems to reflect their high level of service.

I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment here but once in it was fast and friendly service! I came early and was helped 15 minutes before my actual appointment. I've been struggling since my surgery in Las Vegas and they are really helping to try to figure out what to do and acknowledge the healthcare (and lack of) in Denver and how to help me while waiting. I felt heard as a patient and yes the reviews are true about the student resident doctors but everybody has to start somewhere. How do you expect experienced people if starters won't get a chance! Same disgusting mentality in my industry! My "student" was wonderful and hard working to help me.
