Steer Clear of UPS - Irresponsible, Inconsistent, and Inexcusable
If you’re considering using UPS, don’t. This company will create problems for you, and then charge you for the mess they made.
In my case, UPS destroyed the box my item was shipped in before it even arrived. Instead of taking responsibility, they dumped the contents into a clear plastic bag and delivered it that way... exposed, unprotected, and, unsurprisingly, significantly damaged.
When I tried to return the item for a replacement, UPS told me they don’t accept packages in clear plastic bags, even though that’s exactly how they delivered it to me. Their solution? Buy a new box to replace the one they destroyed.
This isn’t just poor service, it’s a complete abdication of accountability. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid UPS at all costs. There are better, more reliable shipping options nearby.

For the first time I noticed that when coming to this location they actually take your items out of the box and put them in a clear bag. I believe this is not in regards to normal I think it's something that's new and they are keeping an eye on packaging. You can most likely package your item in a clear bag. It's not necessarily easy for them. I think it's a new strategy to keep an eye on mail and what is going to and from. I only say that because after taping the three boxes and then doing it previously I realized I wasted a lot of tape. Make sure you ask before leaving the location. It could be all about safety it would have been nice to know. I will continue to come to this location they appear to be polite.

I always come to this UPS to drop off my Amazon returns (so, I've been MANY times). The employees at this store are literal angels. They're always so friendly, sweet, genuine, and helpful. They are calm, collected, and quick-moving even when there's a long line of people waiting to drop off returns! They all deserve a raise!

I use this store a lot for shipping and Amazon returns. We have also used the store for getting documents notarized. All of the staff is friendly but Kevin always goes above and beyond. They are so kind and helpful, always has a smile on their face. The store is usually clean. Overall experienced are quick and painless

its true…. The staff here is kind, and VERY patient. Whenever I show up with a pile of Amazon returns and struggle to find all the coordinating QR code they are so kind and patient. And they’re very efficient with keeping the line moving base on the various customer needs of the moment. And. I love that the employees are free to express their individuality and style!
