This is a critique of UPS as a whole. Not the member that work here.
I really wish UPS would go away. The worst carrier EVER!!! Responsible for 3 lost packages. Expensive package. They just vanish!!! Customer service doesn’t care if they affect your business. You don’t matter… plain and simple. They do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. “Contact the sender” about an issue with delivery! Lame sauce! People who work here were nice and empathetic. Only reason it didn't give one star. But it’s still UPS who lost my packages.

One of the employees spent extra time helping me with resending an email to print a return label. It was originally sent in low resolution and wouldn’t have been usable.

Before I moved out of the area I shipped packages for my business here and never had an issue. Today, I came in to fix an issue with a notarized document that I got notarized there yesterday. Cory listened and went into action immediately. Maya went above and beyond to help troubleshoot downloading a new blank document with minutes left until her shift ended. Meghan was kind and accurately notarized the new form. Elijah was kind with his smiles and constant checks to see if I needed anything. They could have had the “snooze you lose” mentality but went above and beyond.

Don’t know how they got a number one in the Forbes customer service when I’m talking to one agent about my package. This other person that’s an agent and helping someone else, just cut in and cut her off. I’m like damn how rude a sexist is this place. No thanks it’s not 1950 anymore

I normally have this store do my printing. The Employee Cory was respectful and kind. He was able to modify and edit my design on the fly to get my creative ideas on paper. I found the overall vibes and atmosphere in the store today productive and pleasant.

Accidentally went here instead of USPS because I was stressed. An employee directed me to go to Fed Ex for some reason? Despite the lack of a fed ex label. I absolutely made a mistake but it was a cruel prank when I had a time sensitive package.

I had the worst experience at this UPS store. The owner, as he introduced himself, was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. I frequently visit UPS stores and, on rare occasions, forget to tape my box. In 20 years, this was the first time I was asked to pay a taping fee. It was only $0.55, so the cost wasn’t the issue - I was just surprised since this had never happened before.
What really bothered me was the way the owner handled the situation. Instead of simply explaining their policy, he was condescending and dismissive. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.
