I cannot say enough about the incredible service provided by Scott and Marie at the downtown UPS Store. I use this location for both personal and business shipping, and every experience has been exceptional thanks to these two.
They are the perfect combination of friendly, professional, energetic, and knowledgeable. No matter how busy it gets, they greet you with genuine warmth and hustle to help everyone quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail from expertly packaging fragile items to offering smart shipping advice and remembering their regular customers by name.
Living downtown, this store has truly become a neighborhood staple in the heart of LoDo. What sets this location apart is them. Their consistent, above and beyond service is why customers return again and again, even with other shipping options nearby.
If you're in the area, skip the rest and go straight to the best. Scott and Marle are the heartbeat of this store, and they make every visit a pleasure. UPS is lucky to have them, and so is downtown Denver.

I've regretfully used this store 3-4 times in the past year that I've lived in Denver because it's technically the closest location to me. These folks have literally managed to muck it up every single time.
It went from acting like they're blind and not greeting customers that walk in, to losing my Amazon return and then trying to tell me they never received it, to hassling me to buy tape and then sending my package to the wrong place.
Rent in this area costs way too much for this store to screw up as often and consistently as they do.

Every time I’ve called or visited this location to send work packages or items to be printed the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.
Today I called just to ask the store email to send a UPS label to the store to be printed for a package that I need to return, the staff was super annoyed at the question and said it’ll cost you. I said ok how much? To which she replied $5 just to email us - mind you again I am talking about emailing a UPS label - I don’t mind paying for my print but $5 to email a label is outrageous. I inquired if there are self-serve machine like there are at pretty much any FedEx, UPS or staples print shops and she just said no your alternative is just to print at home.
If I had a printer at home, I wouldn’t be calling my local UPS store. I’ve given this store about 4 visita and it always seems the staff is irritated to answer the simplest of questions.
